The saga of the transmission continues, which once again ate up my whole day. I will try to get to answering some comments later (something I've been lax at this past week), but my apologies once again as there will be no new column today.

In fairness, a hiatus at this juncture won't exactly be a lost moment in time.
The never-ending outrageous and egregious perfidy of Trump will outlast any dodgy sparkplug/timing belt... Hence my on/off again appearance herein.
Surely, no one expected Barr to have Trump fitted for an ACME Petard, post Mueller report... Indeed, most got what they expected, a pile of verbal sewage, whos only intention was to 'sound-bite' unassailable pro-Trump obfuscation.
Should be interesting to see Trump's wig go 'back and to the left' when Mueller gets to sing his song about how Barr told porkies to Yankland in furtherance of the 'No collusion, no obstruction, false-narrative...

Even if the letter DOES exist, the funny thing about it..
It ONLY questions Barr's interpretation on the obstruction issue.. Which is an issue that Democrats were all a-twitter about already..
It says NOTHING about Barr's position on the issue of Russia Collusion, which is the ONLY issue that matters.
And on THAT issue.. On the issue of Russia Collusion, there is absolutely ZERO daylight between Barr and Mueller..
President Trump has been completely and utterly exonerated on the entire reason for Mueller's probe..

So, spin all ya want.. But facts are facts..

You do realize that you are contradicting yourself, right?
On the one hand, you question multiple times whether or not the "supposed letter" even "exists," and on the other hand you insist emphatically that you know what's in the letter:

Michale claims emphatically to know the entire contents of a letter which he questions the existence. Choose a lane, please. Otherwise, you're just embarrassing yourself in yet another ridiculous exercise in moving of the goalposts in swift fashion. It was you that said if Mueller had an issue with Barr's letter, he would have said something. As I explained already, Mueller won't speak about his report unless it's to Congress. A letter to Bill Barr is a big thing; it starts the clock running.

So despite the fact that you question its very existence, you're actually probably correct about this since Mueller didn't investigate "Russia Collusion" at all and also made that crystal clear in his report. That is precisely why it was ridiculous for Bill Barr to claim there was "no collusion" over and over just like a Trump sycophant.
Also, they don't investigate issues that don't matter, and issues that don't matter do not generally spawn a dozen plus other issues that are for the most part redacted in Appendix D of Mueller's report. Things get investigated to ensure that we can prevent them in the future... that whole "those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it" thingy. Duh. :)

As explained by Mueller in his report, "Russia Collusion" isn't an issue. CNN's prime-time ratings dropped a whopping 26 percent in April compared to last year, according to Nielsen Media Research.
MSNBC's ratings were down 14 percent in April 2019 compared to April 2018, while Fox News's ratings overall were flat.
The sharp decrease for CNN marked its lowest-rated month in total viewers since October 2015.
