I will be surprised if Trump doesn't attempt to preemptively take Ossoff down, as he tried and failed spectacularly with Biden's run for the presidency. Being seen as the guy who can speak hard truths to Israel and the region as a whole could prove a valuable asset to a more popular and progressive-leaning Democrat. His noted centrism could even be argued as a way to balance the ticket should a progressive Democrat win the nomination.
