Justice Kavanaugh joined the majority striking down Trump's Executive Order; however, he argued the order violated existing federal immigration law but not the Fourteenth Amendment. Give me a dang break; Trump's written bullshit clearly violates <b>both</b>. Kavanaugh opines that Congress could "enact new legislation establishing exceptions to birthright citizenship," but obviously, the opinion of the majority contains <b>zero</b> language that suggests what Kavanaugh opines in his written garbage regarding Congress taking legislative action. Frat Boy is bigly outnumbered there, and his written opinion is thusly as relevant as Trump's Executive Order. These morons might as well be making the false claim that Congress could legislate the doing away with the Due Process Clause and/or the Equal Protection Clause.
