Reminder: U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan clarified that a jury found that Trump forcibly penetrated E. Jean Carroll digitally and their verdict "implicitly determined that he... in fact did 'rape' Ms. Carroll as that term commonly is used and understood." In addition, Judge Kaplan dismissed Trump's countersuit against his victim and wrote that Carroll's accusation of rape is "substantially true."

Trump is deeply indebted to his victim for over $80 million dollars for his sexual assault and defamation of her.
