Oh, FFS. The only thing missing from that laughably hysterical indictment is the lettering being in Comic Sans font (designed to resemble lettering in comic books).

No rational person could conclude that Comey was posting a photo of arranged seashells with the sincere intent to harm Donald Trump, and based on what Patel said (an FBI Director revealing grand jury testimony! Hello!?), it wouldn't surprise me if prosecutors provided false information to the grand jury.

First they came for James Comey, and I did not speak out — because I was not James Comey.

Then they came for former FBI Director James Comey, and I did not speak out — because I was not former FBI.

Then they came for (you guessed it) James Comey and a freaking photo of some seashells arranged on a North Carolina beach, and I did not speak out for Comey or the tar heels, I mean seashells — because I was rolling on the floor laughing hysterically at the absurdity of the indictment.

His lawyers will file a response including First Amendment challenge and maybe another malicious prosecution (as previously) and maybe an exhibit or two dozen where Trump calls for the deaths of congresspersons, Senators et alia in actual English words in multiple social media posts, and Trump's case will be tossed... or represented numerically: 47 86

In other Comey news of the day, a judge denied the Trump administration's motion to dismiss the case of Maurene Comey who is challenging her firing without cause. *laughs*

Reminder that "Acting AG" Todd Blanche is the attorney whose criminal defense of Trump led to his client's conviction on 34 counts of felony fraud. Blanche will extend his losing streak and is definitely not tired of winning.
