In other words, Democrats set the agenda and provided Republicans with a rope. Democrats fought hard to avoid pain and fear and misery for millions of Americans, but the Republican-led Congress and Donald Trump won in the end.

Democrats brought attention to the issue while Trump and the Guardians Of Pedophiles took an almost two month vacation while refusing to swear in a duly elected Democrat in service to a coverup and while using American citizens as political pawns, even going so far as to withhold SNAP benefits from over 40 million recipients after being ordered by multiple Courts to provide them and also issuing warnings to states demanding the benefits be withheld.

In other words, Democrats set the agenda and provided Republicans with a rope.
