nypoet22 5 just because Mike duly earned his walking papers by being excessively obnoxious, doesn't mean he didn't occasionally have something worthwhile to say. Nor did my comment make any such insinuation. I'm simply pointing out that his monotonous claptrap is easily recognizable and his description of those he refers to as "haters" resembles his own "excessively obnoxious" routine that is archived repeatedly herein. i chose to re-post with minimal editing, and i stand by the decision. Are you under the mistaken impression that my comment is questioning your decision to re-post it? It most definitely is not. It's a commentary on the content. Re-post whatever you wish. :)

Easily recognized as the comment of a banned poster who repeatedly mocked Paul Pelosi when he was attacked (as archived herein), threatened to file a false police report against the family member of another forum commenter (also archived) and on numerous occasions encouraged violence against multiple commenters on this very forum, encouraging their deaths repeatedly (archived)... hence not altogether any different than the "total unprincipled and uncivilized 'scuumbags' [sic]" who opined that Charlie Kirk should die.

And thankfully he is "loving it" back in his echo chamber. I've seen a few of his posts and the irony is if he had posted here like he posts there he would have never been banned. If he posted there like he posted here would RCP have banned his ass? Probably, but then they likely have a character limit to prevent such posts. The flip side is Don's common dreams is just as much a festering echo chamber with little dissension as RCP just in the opposite direction politically. Makes one wonder if it's the echo chamber that spawns radicalization rather than the ideas themselves...

this message on RCP forums was shared with me, and is on-topic. I am sharing it without explicit permission, but I believe I have the right to repeat it, since it was addressed to me specifically:

Do I think that people should lose their jobs and livelihoods for merely expressing their opinions??

No, of course not..

Now, in SOME cases, it wasn't just merely expressing their opinions.. In THOSE cases, it was NOT DOING THEIR JOB based on their opinions.. ex: the Office Depot employee who refused to print up posters because she didn't like Charlie Kirk...

THOSE people deserve to be fired...

But merely expressing their opinions on Facebook or what not??

No, they shouldn't lose their jobs...

Now.... Am I COMPLETELY and TOTALLY ECSTATIC that woke progressive Trump hating Democrats are being fired left and right for being total unprincipled and uncivilized scuumbags???
