He can file all the libel lawsuits against Rupert Murdoch and WSJ he wishes, but an affirmative defense to libel is the fact that the alleged written defamatory statement is a fact. A statement cannot be libel if it is a fact, as defamation requires publishing a known false statement. You would think Daft Donald would know this having been successfully sued for multiple millions on multiple occasions for his prolific lying.
