And the next step for Trump's needy ego will be to claim he brought about that "peace in the Middle East." Does he understand what that would entail? Good point... and in reality, of course he doesn't. In practice, he'll just keep repeating various assorted absolute nonsensical bullshit claims that are verifiably false, including the asinine idea that he brought about peace in the Middle East. As if.

Bolton is right. Donny Two Weeks said that there's a crisis because Iran is two weeks from having a nuclear bomb, but he'll wait two weeks to decide what to do about it. Dementia guy is a little confused.

He definitely stays confused, but Trump will generally do whatever he thinks will get him good news coverage on right-wing propaganda television despite the short-term or long-term consequences of his actions. Trump's needy ego is quite predictable. No matter the outcome, he'll claim success and peace in the Middle East. #SSDD

donald has made more than his share of boneheaded decisions as president this year. I'm not convinced that the decision to bomb nuclear facilities in Iran is one of them. for twenty years Iran has been coy about their intentions to build nuclear weapons and use them to obliterate Israel. while it's possible that the whole enterprise was a ploy for leverage, even most progressive Israeli jews wouldn't be willing to take that chance. if, as Barack Vancebama suggests, this military action is also primarily a bargaining tactic, it might well convince Tehran to finally deal with us more straightforwardly.

I nominate these 7 Democratic Senators for retroactive dishonorable mention. They voted to confirm a confessed dog slaughterer to a Cabinet position, and now are expressing "regret".
