He obviously knew about the yellow card issue, and he's obviously lying in the post to Elizabeth Miller (and in a post to the blog's author wherein he repeats the same lie) because he had obviously made multiple posts on that very same commentary after claiming: "ALL I have been posting the last few months are all my own words.. All my own original content.." Obvious lies when he clearly posted the original works of other authors repeatedly on the very same commentary within hours of claiming he hadn't done it in months.

So as I've stated before and I reiterate now in this post, this commenter is either an obvious blatant liar or is completely losing his mental faculties regarding the ability to discern his own lies from his recent actions and obvious posted comments archived herein.

Does it surprise me he now feigns ignorance regarding the yellow card? Not at all, but then I have no problems whatsoever with recalling past discussions from mere days ago.
