Michale,

<i>Who ever said I was LEO in Florida??

Not me. :D

You are so far outta yer league, Russ..</i>

And you are nothing but a lying POS that has been telling the same BS stories for way too long! You have lived in Florida since before 2000, so not sure where else you could have worked as a police officer. And we know that you were working at EQ Stuff, Inc. based in St. Augustine, Florida during the whole Y2K time frame thanks to the multiple federal lawsuits you were involved in. You represented yourself in federal court??? I didn't realize that you went to law school... oh, wait! You definitely did not go to law school!

Then there was this post on here that seems odd:

<i>I am a veteran of the USAF and the US Army. I was an MI Ell Tee during Desert Storm and had served as an LEO and an FSO for the better part of a quarter century.

[Saturday, December 20th, 2008 at 03:56] </i>

You served in the military for the better part of a quarter century??? How could you have then worked for a non-military police department for over 25 years after 25 years in the military and you still did all of this before 2000? You would be close to 90 years old easily if that were true.

<i>Just give me your alleged "husband's" name and the agency he worked for when he committed the felonies that YOU claim he committed.. </i>

Sure, when you post Benita's criminal record with the group, I will get right on that! I have never said such outrageous lies about my husband. If you are suggesting that my hubby ran your name thru "NCIS" (it's NCIC), you are more than welcome to request your local police department see if your name was run in WA state. It wasn't, but the local prosecutor also let me know that it would be fine for him to have run you after you posted on this site your intention to file a false police report against him.

You were never a police officer. You are a pathetic little man who has to lie about your work history to make yourself feel important. SAD!

Michale, you are really playing the imbecile on this one. Your "quote" is referring to the entire phone call as it's not a direct quote from that call.

Post your Gore story otherwise it's just a false equivalency of your imagination, or it's so flimsy, you are afraid to post it...

It's ALSO completely, unequivocally and INARGUABLY factual that President Trump didn't do ANYTHING different than what Al 'Crazed Sex Poodle' Gore did in the 2000 election..

We know this for a FACT because the head of Gore's legal team STATED such for the record...

So, no matter HOW you want to spin it, Bashit.... Yer wrong...

As usual...

Bashit,

<I>You missed a word in your quote:</I>

Not factually accurate..

<B>..it was a pretty easy case to prove -- there was that recording of Trump's "All I need is 11,780 votes" phone call with Georgia Republicans, </B>
-CW

Those are CW's exact words..

Saying <B>"All I need is 11,780 votes"</B> is NOT proof of a crime...

It's not even EVIDENCE of a crime..

It's a statement of fact. PERIOD... END TRANS

As usual, Bashit... The **FACTS** prove you completely and utterly WRONG...

President <B>ELECT</B> Trump is completely, unequivocally and INARGUABLY ***INNOCENT*** of all criminal accusations...

This is a documented FACT that no amount of your hysterical PTDS and Trump/America hate will change..

And THAT fact just KILLS you Trump/America hating morons... :D

You missed a word in your quote: find. Taken in context of the full hour call it was an attempt to pressure Raffensperger and definitely election interference.
So, let's recap.... :D

JL and Bashit have gone totally off the deep end with their claim that a simple statement of fact is "evidence" of a crime...

They further compound their hysteria by even claiming it's "PROOF" of a crime... :eyeroll:

But the FACTS... yunno... the OBJECTIVE REALITY is that President Trump's statement of fact.... Is just that and ONLY that.. A simple statement of fact of the objective reality at the time..

Of course, in the here and now, President Trump DIDN'T need those 11+ thousand votes.. :D

In the here and now, President <B>ELECT</B> Trump not only won the Electoral College vote by taking <B>ALL</B> of the Swing States... President <B>ELECT</B> Trump won the POPULAR VOTE by a considerably great margin!! :D

Oh, the shame and embarrassment ya'all just HAVE ta be feeling...

Speaking of shame and embarrassment, the dishonorably discharged druggie luser inmate was able to grab a block tablet and post his complete and utter BS..

And the even BIGGER luser, Russ is hurting because he got spanked over his BS and lies.

And the rest of the Weigantian trolls??? They have been too embarrassed to show their troll faces around Weigantia.. :D

Who could have POSSIBLY predicted that!!??

Oh.. Wait... :D

What a great day to be an American, eh?? :D

<B>Democrats Reflect on Disheartening 2024 Defeats</B>

Following their significant defeats in the 2024 elections, Democrats are increasingly anxious about the future, and the issues extend beyond just Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.

Recent insights from a series of focus groups reveal that even former Democratic supporters view the party as lacking strength and overly preoccupied with diversity initiatives and elite interests. This analysis comes from Navigator Research, a progressive organization.

In one focus group, a participant likened the Democratic Party to an ostrich, stating, “They have their heads buried in the sand, firmly attached to their own convictions despite the obvious failures.” Another participant compared Democrats to koalas, characterizing them as “content and unmotivated in achieving crucial policy victories.” As one voter put it more bluntly, the party “has lost touch with the working class.”

This focus group feedback signals a grim assessment for a party still grappling with its recent electoral defeats and seeking ways to recover. Lacking a unifying leader and having suffered losses among nearly all demographic groups, Democrats face the prospect of a second Trump administration without a cohesive plan to enhance their electoral strategy. While opinions vary—some Democrats assigning blame to Biden, while others point to inflation or a perceived cultural disconnect—the focus group findings suggest that the issues facing the party are broader and may persist beyond just one electoral cycle.

The polling director described the feedback as “a significant criticism” of the Democratic Party's image.

“The perception of ineffectiveness and a failure to advocate for the people is something that demands attention. The challenge might not solely lie in messaging or policy but could stem from deeper issues that the party must confront.”

The focus groups—which took place right after the 2024 elections—included three distinct voter segments: young men in pivotal states who switched from backing Biden in 2020 to voting for Trump in 2024; voters in battleground areas who supported Biden in 2020 but chose not to participate in 2024; and individuals in solidly Democratic states who had previously voted Democrat, a third-party candidate, or abstained in the last election but supported Trump this time.

A participant from Georgia who voted for Biden in 2020 but for Trump in 2024 remarked, “The beliefs held by Democratic leaders often diverge sharply from those of regular Democratic voters. The elite faction within the party seems excessively fixated on far-left social progressivism that resonates mostly with college students.”

These voters expressed a cautious sense of hope regarding Trump's second term, both in focus group discussions and in a post-election poll indicating that Trump achieved his highest approval ratings since leaving office. A separate national poll with 1,000 respondents found that 47 percent viewed Trump positively, while 50 percent disapproved of him, marking a notable increase in favorable opinions.

Russell suggested that Trump’s favorable ratings might signify a “honeymoon” phase, which she anticipates will diminish once his administration begins: “Once real actions and events unfold, public opinion may shift. The initial 100 days will be crucial in determining the trajectory from there.”

She highlighted potential openings for Democrats to engage with voters on issues such as abortion rights, healthcare, and taxation of the wealthy, alongside concerns that Trump might overreach with tariffs. The poll also indicated that while two-thirds of respondents believe inflation should be the top focus for the new president, only a third feel it ranks high for Trump or the Republican Party.

When focus group participants discussed inflation and tariffs, many admitted they did not fully grasp the policies, while others expected price increases as a consequence.

“I wouldn’t want prices to rise, but in the long term, would it be better for America to produce more goods domestically?” pondered a participant from Wisconsin.

With no clear party leader and widespread losses in November, Democrats are entering a second Trump term without a unified strategy for electoral improvement.

While focus group attendees did not solely hold Harris accountable for their negative sentiments towards the party, their feelings about her candidacy were far from positive. They described her as “inauthentic,” “deceptive,” and lacking competence.

An Arizona voter cited a moment when Harris mentioned, “You should thank a union member,” during a Detroit speech, saying that she came across as insincere.

“Much of what she said felt rehearsed rather than spontaneous,” a participant who swung from Biden to Trump remarked. “While Trump certainly had unpredictable moments, what he said always felt genuine to him, which influenced my decision.”

The critical feedback regarding Harris comes as the vice president weighs her future options, including a potential bid for a third presidential run or a campaign for California governor in 2026. While some party supporters are open to another presidential attempt, arguing Biden’s late exit adversely affected her three-month campaign sprint, others remain skeptical.

Additionally, several participants brought up the provocative advertising campaign aimed at Harris by Trump's team, which featured her support for gender-affirming surgery for inmates, using a tagline contrasting her with Trump.

Democrats disagree on the effectiveness of such attack ads, but several focus group members mentioned it without prompting.

Low voter turnout was a significant issue for Democrats in November. A Georgia woman who abstained from voting remarked that she disagreed with Harris regarding “children's rights to alter their bodies.”

“There need to be boundaries on what society accepts,” added a Wisconsin woman who also did not vote in 2024. “The Democrats seem to be widening those boundaries excessively.”

When asked if she was referencing the “trans issue,” the woman confirmed, “Primarily that.”

Democrats Reflect on Disheartening 2024 Defeats

It’s been more than nine years since I first denounced Donald Trump as a “loudmouth vulgarian appealing to quieter vulgarians.” I’ve called myself a Never Trump conservative ever since, even when I agreed with his policies from time to time. I also opposed him throughout his run this year.

Could his second term be as bad as his most fervent critics fear? Yes. Is it time to drop the heavy moralizing and incessant doomsaying that typified so much of the Never Trump movement — and that rendered it politically impotent and frequently obtuse? Yes, please.

Ya'all have been WRONG about President Trump on EVERYTHING since Jun of 2015..

The hysteria is a sight to behold... ESPECIALLY because of the fact that PRIOR to Jun of 2015, ya'all LOVED Donald Trump.. Democrats heaped honor upon honor on Donald Trump..

Donald Trump was on THE VIEW a BUNCH of times and ya'all Democrats SWOONED about Donald Trump...

JL,

Transcript is irrelevant to the point of this particular issue..

CW said that a crime was "easy to prove" because President Trump said <B>"All I need is 11,780 votes"</B>.

Saying <B>"All I need is 11,780 votes"</B> is NOT proof of any crime...

It's not even EVIDENCE of any crime...

It's simply a (at the time) statement of fact...

I get it.. I really do..

You Democrats are SOOO disillusioned and discouraged ya'all have to hold on to ANY crumb or smidgen of credibility.

But ya'all HAVE no credibility when it comes to President Trump...

It's no different than when ya'all accused President Trump of being a racist but had ZERO facts to support or prove the claim...

The one overriding fact of the issue is this..

President Trump is 100% completely and utterly INNOCENT of all accusations....

100%... INNOCENT...

<B>"These are the facts of the case. And they are indisputable..."</B>

Michale,

<i>You DO realize that E911 operators are part and parcel to law enforcement agencies, right??</i>

Except that they are not law enforcement. E911 is not a police agency. You do not have any police powers and are not recognized as law enforcement no matter how many times you want to tell people you are a LEO. The fact that you keep lying about having been an officer is just pitiful. And I am certain that the E911 agency you claim to be employed by now would be quick to tell you that you should never make any such claims if you want to remain employed.

You want to shut me up??? Tell us which department and the dates of employment you spent over 2 1/2 decades as a police officer. Prove me wrong!! Come on, tough guy, shut me up with your work experience. Because the State of Florida does not recognize your claim of working in law enforcement as credible.

When I said you were not able to claim to be law enforcement out "on the road" as you said you would be doing as an E911 operator, you responded:

<i>"Actually, I am.. I had received my POST (Peace Officer Standards of Training) certification when I first worked as an LEO.

Of course, it's expired so yes I will have to go thru the Academy again, once my COMM obligation is met.. But that's a mere formality.

Within the next year, I'll be a *SWORN* police officer again... :D"</i>

A few problems with that...

First, terms like Sworn, Commissioned, and Certified are all used by police agencies throughout the country -- although they might have different levels of importance depending on where you are using the words.

Even in WA, officers are often referred to as being "sworn officers". That's more for the public than anything else as it sounds more formal. After you are hired by a police department, they commission you to attend the police training academy. If you pass the academy, you are certified to work as a police officer in that state. It is your commission that grants you the job and authority to act as a member of law enforcement. Most states have a swearing in for new officers. If the department you work for has a huge loss in funding, you may have to be let go as an officer (you are decommissioned to serve as an officer). You are still certified by the training academy but without the commission by the department, you cannot act as a police officer until another department commissions you to work for them. If you are fired for misconduct by your department, the state may also choose to decertify you, in which case you cannot work anywhere as a police officer. SO you can be decommissioned and decertified... but there is no "de-sworn". Why? Because it is just a ceremonial event that doesn't carry any legal weight.

And, FYI... Florida doesn't use POST certification. I am surprised that you didn't know that. Also, YOU cannot go through the academy "again" as you never went through it in the first place! FLEA is Florida's "academy", and you never attended it. You do not show up anywhere in their database for police officers who have worked in the State of Florida! NOWHERE!

Also, you might want to check FLEA's criteria standards for who can apply to their academy... your old fat ass won't ever be allowed to waste their time with you. Not that you would ever embarrass your puffy fat body by actually attempting to do so anyways! You are a liar!

And if your age and horrible physical shape weren't enough to keep you from ever getting into the academy, if you had actually spent over 20 years working as a police officer, your pay rate would be far too high for any department to hire you as a new officer. Tell us why the state is going to allow you to do this?

<i>Says the scumbag who had this alleged "hubby" :eyeroll: run my name thru NCIS checks to try and dig up dirt on me because I was always kicking your ass here in Weigantia..</i>

Except I never claimed that my husband ran you through NCIS checks, you just made that up as part of your whining and bitching response. And you clearly do not know that it is the NCIC database that one uses to run individuals. NCIS is the television show.

Another laughable moment from your lying crapfest... thinking that police officers would ever want to go work in corrections! That was another clear give away that you just like to pretend that you are a cop.

But PLEASE... Go ahead and prove me wrong by listing the department(s) you worked for and the dates for your employment as a police officer and I will be happy to admit that I am wrong... but you cannot do it! E911 call centers are not going to be happy having someone working for them who dishonestly claims to be a former member of law enforcement. They won't be happy to learn that you threatened to file a bogus complaint against a real police officer that was a complete lie and baseless.

So put up or shut up, Michale! You don't show up in Florida's databases, so explain yourself out of that, you lying crack pot!

Michale,

You DO realize that E911 operators are part and parcel to law enforcement agencies, right??

"Actually, I am..

Says the scumbag who had this alleged "hubby" :eyeroll: run my name thru NCIS checks to try and dig up dirt on me because I was always kicking your ass here in Weigantia..

This is just like the time y'all said president Trump was racist and yet couldn't provide a single fact to prove the BS claim.

As it stands now President Trump is 100% innocent of all charges and accusations.

Yea, that's what I thought...

So, when President Trump said <B>"All I need is 11,780 votes"</B> that wasn't really ANY evidence of ANY crime..

<B>"This is the FACTS (Objective Reality) of the case. And they are undisputed."</B>

Please explain to me (AND provide supporting facts that prove your opinion is Objective Reality IE FACTS) EXACTLY why it's illegal for a Presidential Candidate to tell his people, "Find me XXXXX votes."

Post the Gore thing and we will decide. If you can't then it's an unrelated moot point. Already there is a huge difference between hearing the principle say it via recording and a lawyer saying he heard it...

"his people" is fine. The one controlling a state election is not "his people" even if they belong to the same party...

Bonus question..

Why wasn't it illegal when a Democrat Presidential Candidate does it??

Because we know for a fact that Al 'Crazed Sex Poodle' Gore told the same thing to HIS people in the 2000 election..

How do we know this?? Because the head of Crazed Sex Poodle Gore's legal team TOLD us..

If only someone would offer weekly "talking points", right? Chris, perhaps you'd offer us a recap of the FTP articles in 2024, listing
* The percentage which actually contained a single 'talking point';

* The percentage which reference Trump either directly or indirectly;

* The percentage that "toot the horn" of a Democratic accomplishment.

Small sign of hope: the party-line version of the continuing resolution failed, and the bipartisan version passed.
