Grifting con artist convinces gullible sheeple he actually won.

&lt;i&gt;Most candidates who lose sink into obscurity, or at the very least slink back to the Senate or a governor&#039;s office to finish out their terms. &lt;/i&gt;

Most candidates aren&#039;t grifting con artists desperate to avoid serving prison terms. :)</description>
