Two people were recently arraigned on charges of wilful retention and unauthorized disclosure of classified documents. One was held in lieu of bail on the grounds that he was a flight risk. The other walked out of the courthouse and was not asked to post any bail, nor was he considered a flight risk, though he owns a plane. There's certainly a two-tiered system of justice.
