I just watched Fil's analysis video of Face It Alone - very depressing ...

Well, the sound engineers brought it "back to life" from multiple decades-old tape in order to recover it for all posterity to release circa 2022. It's a bummer that it's pitch corrected, but I would wager the tape was practically shredded from the jump and there's likely hundreds of songs they could recover in similar fashion.
