Bullshit. 20 to 24 weeks is generally the upper limit per state law, most states limit it to viability outside the womb which is around 20-21 week. Beyond that it requires a doctor to get involved because the health of the mother is threatened and clinics that are set up to do the procedure that late are actually quite rare. Making a choice to abort a pregnancy in the week before birth would seem a highly extreme action to take - unless, of course, the health of the mother is at stake.

But, I also believe strongly in the 'right to privacy' and what a woman does with her own body is the absolute height of privacy.
