@liz,

pleasantville is really a pretty good film; don't knock it before you get a chance to see it. the cast is outstanding and the concept is carried off quite well.

Joshua,

don has presented this community's response to his own provocation as parallel to that. obviously i don't believe that characterization to be accurate, but at least it's an improvement over dropping f-bombs.

Thanks for the clarification and I fully concur.

Don,

You have finally become an irritation that I no longer wish to withstand.

And, if you've lost me, you're in bad shape.

@liz,

taken at face value, big bob's speech seems to be a pretty reasonable course of action. in the context of the film, however, it's a xenophobic response to needed change.

@liz,

without giving away too many spoilers, the character don is quoting used that speech as a justification for censorship. this is don once again casting himself in the role of the victim of said censorship.

Actually, it is Michael lying once again as I never said that. But Michael has admitted that he has trouble keeping track of reality as he is losing more and more brain cells because of his “habit”! Michael says he is gonna seek help as the whole time he is online he is also choking himself while pleasuring himself on a Trump-shaped dildo...but we all know that he won’t seek help. Fargo....Liar, Michael, and Trump-spooge-receptical are also all interchangeable.

*standing ovation*
You have outdone yourself, sir! Bravissimo.

I do not see myself being any worse in my behavior than others or abusing CW's space.

No one else is trolling the author to advertise their personal shit. This ain't complicated.

If pressing CW, sometimes using the same methods he says are okay to press others to address an issue, I do not see that as being abusive.

What part of troll is confusing?

There is nothing wrong with pressing or soliciting a member of the media to address an issue (it's not limited to just politicians).

It's trolling.

Yes, CW could play the red card. Or he could address the issue.

What is it like to be so utterly clueless that you can't learn something after multiple years of trolling?

Maybe CW can be better than that.

Here's a thought: You "Be Best" and do what you were told and don't do what you were asked not to do.

Actually, I am not using CW's personal space to solicit for my cause. I am using the public forum that CW controls to solicit CW to address an issue that is important to me.

Your cause... but this isn't a "public forum."

It should not even be considered a poke to point that out. But it sure seems to be that when it is, it is the party that feels offended that is just laughably thin skinned or just looking for an excuse to dodge discussion of the issue.

Offended? No. You're a troll
Thin skinned? No. You're a troll.

I too see a red card in your future.

@don,

you could have stopped at the first five words. clearly, you do not see yourself. if you did, perhaps you'd change.

i've been reading the comments section here for nearly all fourteen years of its existence. to my knowledge you're the only commentator who has ever attacked our host for anything, much less name-called him or cursed him out. this is unlike others who perhaps have earned what they got from each other, due to their own, shall we say, impoliteness. of the thousands who have visited and the hundreds who have commented, you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone other than yourself who honestly thought CW of all people deserved that treatment.

and even if this were some parallel universe in which he had, this is his personal space and he's the damn authority on what is and isn't appropriate. you can complain all you like that a judge hasn't explained why he held you in contempt, but he's still the judge and you're still sitting in a cell.

MV,

First off, it's comment #136 and not comment #131...

Can't you people just quote the comment you are referring to?? It makes ya'all look like idjuts when you refer to something so non-existent....

Second of all, if you have any FACTS to support that my question is not valid, then say so..

The fact that you don't proves you have no rational response...

For example, I have PLENTY of facts to support that The Democrats/AntiFa/BLM Party is anti-cop..

Do you have ANY facts that show it is not???

Secondly, it was Russ hisself who stated that the Democrats/AntiFa/BLM Party is completely united... Ergo, Democrats & Antifa and BLM is interchangeable..

So, let's see if you have any FACTS that shows I am wrong..

I'll check with you in the morning, but I know you won't respond because you can't...

You got nothing in the way of facts or reality....

But hay.... Thanx for playing.. You get a participation trophy..

hehehehehehehe :D

In order for anyone to have an answer to your question, that person would have to buy into your fatuous straw-man argument.

The Democrats/AntiFa/BLM Party is obviously and completely anti-cop..

How do ya'all expect that such an anti-cop attitude will appeal to patriotic Independent and NPA Americans???

Does anyone have an answer???

Hundreds Of People Ambush Police In Tampa Bay

Hundreds of people ambushed police in Tampa Bay Florida after they were called out to the scene of an alleged victim of a shooting.

Fox News reports that two Tampa police officers were injured early Saturday morning after a crowd of hundreds surrounded a group of officers in an “ambush,” style attack the Tampa police chief said.

The officers were responding to a report which stated shots were fired with a possible gunshot victim at an intersection near the Ybor City neighborhood around 1 a.m., Chief Brian Duggan told reporters. However, when police arrived they were greeted with a crowd of hundreds who then proceeded to block the intersection and attack them.

Senate confirms Trump's 200th judge, all appeals vacancies filled

"No vacancy left behind."

That quote, repeated over and over by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., in the past year -- to cheers from Republicans and the outrage of Democrats -- has been the creed behind the Senate's single-minded push to confirm as many Trump-nominated federal judges as possible. And the 52-48 confirmation of Cory Wilson to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Wednesday means that McConnell, in one respect, has quite literally accomplished that goal.

Wilson fills the final remaining federal circuit court vacancy. None have been left behind.

perhaps non-coincidentally, the percent of people who don't see it as a threat corresponds pretty closely to the percent of people who have an IQ under 85.

Just the opposite. No one talks about it anymore because 90 percent of the world accepts global warming as FACT.

Prove it..

the answer to that question depends on how one interprets the data. globally, it appears based on pew's data that almost 90% (M=88%) believe it to be real and a threat, but only 68% think it is a major threat, while 20% see it as a minor threat. presumably some of those who don't see it as a threat still believe it is real in some way or another.

Did I say that? Did I not qualify it in any way?

Well, today, in an updated opinion, I don't feel that Trump's re-election is inevitable.

OK.. I like how you phrased that..

Finally, the last time you rendered an opinion, you said that President Trump will likely win re-election..
Do you still feel that way??

Did I say that? Did I not qualify it in any way?

Well, today, in an updated opinion, I don't feel that Trump's re-election is inevitable.

I think Biden could have been more precise to say that anyone who votes for Trump doesn't care about the concerns that black folk have or, for that matter, that most Americans have.

Really??

And yet, it's undeniable that President Trump has done more for black Americans in his first 2 years as POTUS than Biden has done in all of his 47 years as a politician..

The facts would seem to suggest that if the concerns of black folk is the issue, voting for President Trump is the only logical choice..

Michale,

Your problem Liz is you classify serious and not serious SOLELY by your political/ideological beliefs.. NOT by facts or reality..

Facts to support?

I'll go ahead and stipulate to the other and say, ditto. :)

For example...

What's your opinion of Joe Biden claiming that black people who don't want to vote for Biden aren't really black??

Do you think that's something that Biden should have admitted??

What about the fact that 40% of black Americans support President Trump...

Do you think that will have any relevance in Nov??

Finally, the last time you rendered an opinion, you said that President Trump will likely win re-election..

Do you still feel that way??

For those thinking 2020 is going to be like 2016 when Trump supposedly made all the polls wrong and won a victory over Hillary, there is one CRUCIAL difference:

In 2016, Trump had a negative 25% unfavorable rating and Hillary had a negative 19% unfavorable rating.

In 2020, Trump has a negative 14% unfavorable rating, while Biden has a plus 9% favorable rating.

Or did you note read the post about a town in Siberia, Russia, above the arctic circle being above 100 degrees F for the first time in recorded history EVER!

Funny how innocuous weather events in one specific place has meaning.. But ONLY if it supports the bogus theory.. :D

How many predictions of the Global Warming con have come to pass??

Answer: ZERO... ZILCH... NADA... NONE...

Yunno.. In REAL science, when the theory is not supported by the data, then the theory is altered..

With this faux "science" when the theory is not supported by the data, morons change the data...

That's politics.. Not Science...

:D But good try...

The fact that NO ONE talks about Global Warming anymore is proof that the theory has been debunked..

So, it is stricken from my bucket list..

Classified UFO briefings may have left senators 'disturbed,' expert says

On Tuesday, the Senate Intelligence Committee made the unusual request to ask the Pentagon for a detailed, unclassified report on unidentified aerial phenomena that some believe may not be of this world.

One expert thinks this may stem from lawmakers being "disturbed" by what they heard.

"I welcome this long-overdue development," Nick Pope, a former employee and UFO investigator for Britain's Ministry of Defense, said in an email to Fox News. "It suggests that those senators who received last year's classified briefing on UFOs were disturbed by it and weren't satisfied with the current DOD position, i.e. simply stating that the mystery objects encountered by naval aviators remain unidentified."

In his report attached to the 2020-2021 Senate Intelligence Authorization Act, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, acting chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, instructed the director of national intelligence, the secretary of defense and other agency heads to compile data on “unidentified aerial phenomenon."

"The Committee remains concerned that there is no unified, comprehensive process within the federal government for collecting and analyzing intelligence on unidentified aerial phenomena, despite the potential threat,” lawmakers wrote in a report.

“The Committee understands that the relevant intelligence may be sensitive; nevertheless, the Committee finds that the information sharing and coordination across the Intelligence Community has been inconsistent, and this issue has lacked attention from senior leaders,” they added.

The bill still needs to pass the Senate. Lawmakers are asking for a report within 180 days of the bill's approval.

Up until recently, I have had 2 items left on my Bucket List..

One was the debunking of the bullshit Global Warming theory.. That has already happened..

The other was First Contact or, at the very least, all UFO intelligence to be released...

Maybe we are well on our way...

Any candidate that believingly promises to declassify all UFO intelligence will get my vote..

Although mobs are not always violent, rule by mobs is always a threat to constitutional democracy. Even peaceful protests can morph into mob rule when they stamp out dissenting voices or quash democratic procedures. We are seeing some of that today, where peaceful protests, guaranteed under the First Amendment’s rights to free speech and assembly, attempt to suppress others’ speech, demand obedience from public officials, topple symbols they claim to hate, and smear anyone bold enough to disagree. Corporations and universities have folded under these attacks as quickly as a cheap umbrella, or Seattle’s city council.

To preserve our democracy, we must resist the mob. That begins with understanding the gravity of the threat and standing up to it. They have no claim to moral superiority and no right to use violence to achieve their ends. Yielding the public square to this “thought police,” however powerful and intimidating they are, is the road to tyranny. It leads away from our country’s hard-won achievement of ordered liberty and constitutional democracy. Remember, the mob aims to do more than pull down statues of the Founding Fathers. It aims to pull down their historic achievements.

And that describes the Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party perfectly...

A threat to this country's democracy...

Which is why The Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party will lose and lose big in November..

The first duty of any government is to establish public order and safety, ideally with popular support. In constitutional democracies, we have well-defined procedures to establish that order, determine its content (such the speed limit or right to carry a weapon), proper ways to enforce it, and penalties for violating it. In the United States, we have one additional constraint, a fundamentally important one: personal rights, such as freedom of speech and religion, cannot be overridden, even by large majorities. This social and political order is not static — it is always evolving — but there are well-established procedures to make those changes, ensure all voices are heard, and protect each citizen’s inalienable rights. (Even using the term “citizen” is contentious these days. The language police don’t like it because it excludes some people.)

Calls to “Defund the police,” if they are serious, attack the very idea of establishing this peaceful public order. Cities foolish enough to attempt it will unleash violence, arson, and predation and meet a predictable backlash from citizens determined to protect their lives and property. They will either stand and fight or flee to safer spaces.

Once again, one has to question the sanity of The Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party...

Anyone who believes that they can win Joe & Jane Sixpack's vote by armed rebellion and abolishing PDs and SOs across the country???

They be not playin' with a full deck...

The idea of an open forum, so basic to democracies, already lies a-moldering in the grave of academia, at least in the humanities and social sciences. Imagine applying for a job in Gender Studies and saying you oppose abortions after, say, Week 38. The term for such a person is “unemployed.” Imagine merely calling for a discussion on the pros and cons of affirmative action, taking the negative side, and hoping to win tenure in political science, sociology, anthropology, or history. Bad career move. There is more robust political debate at the Academy Awards.

University administrations are equally rigid. Rejecting affirmative action, questioning the implementation of Title 9, or opposing Black Lives Matter would end your chances of being hired by the admissions office or dean of students at nearly every American university. Yet all of them proudly tout, with no sense of irony, their “office of diversity and inclusion,” fully staffed and generously funded. For them, of course, diversity never includes diverse viewpoints. It’s all about DNA and gender identity. Modern universities are now well-oiled machines to stamp out dissenting views. That’s been true for decades. What’s new, and disturbing, is seeing this orthodoxy spread to K-12 education, corporate HR departments, mainline churches, and newsrooms. The “thought police” are on patrol and ever-vigilant, twirling the twin batons of guilt and moral superiority.

Dissent from their approved views is not just considered an error, much less an innocent one. It is considered immoral, illegitimate, and unworthy of a public hearing. Although both left and right have moved steadily toward this abyss, the worst excesses today come from the left, just as they came from the right in the 1950s. Opponents are seen in religious terms, as dangerous apostates who deserve to be burned at the stake, at least symbolically. You never expect the Spanish Inquisition. Yet here it is. That is the powerful iconography behind torching police cars and neighborhood stores.

Again.. Today's Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party...

Total subservience... OR ELSE..

Defund the Thought Police

Due process is not the strong suit of mobs. Neither is nuance, open discussion, or disagreement. These inherent defects should be painfully obvious as mobs pull down statues, seize sections of cities, and demand the public approach them on bended knee, literally. Anyone who dares push back, perhaps with a mild tweet saying “All lives matter,” faces immediate censure. If the mob is successful, any offenders will lose their jobs. Feckless employers are all too eager to appease the mob and hope it turns on another target.

In this perilous environment, the most frenzied voices do more than dominate the public square. They monopolize it by silencing dissent. They have received full-throated support from the tech giants that control electronic discussion and the media giants determined to shape the narrative rather than report the news. Twitter and NBC are the poster children for this assault on free and open discussion. Their suppression in the name of “social justice” betrays the idea, best articulated in John Stuart Mill’s “On Liberty,” that competing, divergent views lead to greater understanding and better decisions.

That's today's Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party....

And ya'all HONESTLY believe they have a chance of winning in Nov???

That kind of blind loyalty is impressive in a moronic stoopid kind of way... :D

Of course, it's Howard Stern's opinion based on all the facts he knows about Donald and his childhood and based on the fact that Howard himself went through psychotherapy and recognizes those behaviors in himself that he and Donald share.

Apparently Howard is much better now for having been psychoanalyzed... of course, if you believe Howard Stern. I will take his word for it... such as it is. ;)

Stig,

We have a winning explanation!...it really is that simple.

Trump is the classic school bully. Physically large, mentally short, socially awkward. Nelson Muntz with money, a tailor...and Roy Cohen as a life coach.

And yet, he kicked the ass of the best that the Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party had to offer..

Doesn't say much for your Party, now does it.. :D

Now.. Where were we..

Oh that's right..

Biden's racist quotes...

"I mean you've got the first sort of mainstream African American, who is articulate and bright, and clean and [a] nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."
-Joe Biden, 2007

"You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I'm not joking."
-Joe Biden, 2006

Biden is going to be ripped apart once the general election really starts...

We have a winning explanation!...it really is that simple.

I know, right!? Be sure to check out Deranged Donald's niece's soon to be best selling book: Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man by Mary L. Trump, scheduled to be published July 28.

What would she know about Donald? She's only his niece who grew up with his entire family. And what would she know about Don's psychological state of being, it's not like she's a clinical psychologist.

Oh, wait! She is indeed a clinical psychologist.

Trump is the classic school bully. Physically large, mentally short, socially awkward. Nelson Muntz with money, a tailor...and Roy Cohen as a life coach.

Poor Roy Cohn, he was Trump's mentor and lots of people are saying Roy was truly in love with Donald. It seems that Trump would call Roy 40-50 times a day to talk... right up until Roy got "liver cancer"... I mean AIDS. People say Roy Cohn was the original Donald Trump... or maybe that's Donald Trump is a copy of Roy Cohn... either way.

Roy's section of the AIDS memorial quilt says:
Roy Cohn. Bully. Coward. Victim.

Just kidding. *shakes head* Nope, not kidding:

If Bully. Coward. Victim. has a message, it’s this: Frailty comes for everybody in the end, and the cost of habitually disdaining loyalty and respect is seeing how quickly people disappear when they no longer fear you.

Hey! You might be onto something there. Somewhere in your commercial, you might want to mention that Trump lobbied the "powers that be" at NBC to have a season of "The Apprentice" that featured a team of Whites versus Blacks. Just kidding.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RE1LPC7xV3c

*shakes head* Nope... not kidding:

Trump also lobbied Howard Stern to endorse him and speak on stage at the Republican National Convention, but apparently even Howard Stern has standards and flatly refused. Stern believes Trump needs psychotherapy because he was traumatized as a child and has no empathy... none.

"You take people who aren't racist, people who are good citizens, who believe in equal education and opportunity, and you stunt their children's intellectual growth by busing them to an inferior school, and you're going to fill them with hatred."
-Joe Biden

"You have black student from Wilmington too, you send him to Alexis I. DuPont, bus him through Centerville every day, then send him back to the ghetto. How can he be encouraged to love his white brothers?"
-Joe Biden

Do you see now why Joe Biden is hemorrhaging black American support???

I can continue if the point is still not clear.. :D

At the heart of all this is Trump's core psychological weakness, which is that he is basically just a schoolyard bully.

Ding! ding ding!

We have a winning explanation!...it really is that simple.

Trump is the classic school bully. Physically large, mentally short, socially awkward. Nelson Muntz with money, a tailor...and Roy Cohen as a life coach.

another cool idea for a biden commercial: gather all the people who were eliminated on 'celebrity apprentice' and demonstrate in 30 seconds how HE would have gotten them all to cooperate for the benefit of all - instead of fomenting discord and eliminating all but one.

And a good idea for a responding President Trump ad..

Gather all the black Americans who were incarcerated under Senator Biden's Crime Bill... Yunno.. All the "super predators" that Biden put away..

We can have 1977 Joe Biden saying "Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point."

Won't that be a hoot, eh?? :D

"Yunno what?? It IS funny.. It's a hoot..."

JL,

as for the two closest and most recent approximations, he has won about 80% of the primaries - and both general elections as VP. so unless you're counting the 1980's, biden's win-loss record so far is quite a lot better than one might have thought - self included.

That was before Biden's huge leftist surge.. Before he told black Americans that if you are wondering who to vote for, you ain't black.. Before Tara Reade et al...

So Biden's win/loss score before all the afore actions took place is meaningless....

I am also constrained to point out that Biden is hemorrhaging black American support, most likely BECAUSE of his "YOU AIN"T BLACK" statement which is completely and utterly indefensible...

As President Trump puts it (and it CAN'T be refuted) President Trump has done more for black Americans in his first 2 years of office than Biden has done his entire 47-yr political career...

That is what is known in football parlance as a "Keeper Stat" but even it belies the actual HARM that Joe Biden has done to black Americans in his 47-yr political career.. Crime bill etc etc etc...

You'll never catch President Trump questioning the black-ness of black Americans..

These are all undeniable facts..

Black Lives Matter for Democrats — But Only During the Six Months Before an Election

It is all a modern-day manipulation on which Blacks always come out on the short end.

In Memoriam: The Black Civil Rights Movement of 60-70 Years Ago
The Black Civil Rights movement of 70 and 60 years ago was one of the holiest, most righteous movements in human history. Today it is impossible to believe that, even in post-World War II America, there were wide swaths of the country where Blacks had to use separate restrooms, drink from separate water coolers, had to go to the back of the bus and even then give over their seats to Whites if the front was full. They could not stay in hotels or motels or eat at certain restaurants, and — as if that were not enough — Blacks could not even play in the major leagues of baseball until 1947. Three quarters of a century after the Civil War forced emancipation and Black slavery ended, even after Blacks had fought bravely alongside Whites and had died fighting Hitler, Mussolini, and the Japanese Emperor in World War II, a Black person still could not play in baseball’s major leagues. Today it is incomprehensible how such a situation could have existed and continued in this greatest of all countries, and that is part of America’s greatness — that America overcame a stain on its record and transitioned to become a country whose every institution now is systemically racism-free.

No one hears from them about these 44 snuffed-out Chicago Black lives— not from BLM, not from Pelosi, Schumer, and the rest of those phonies; not from Ocasio-Hyphen and Ilhan Omar and the rest of the Squad; and not from the media — because none of them care about Black lives.

Part of what made the Black Civil Rights movement successful is that it gave birth to real heroes: Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Jr., Medgar Evers. The movement was led by people of honor and dignity and pursued the goals of freedom and equal justice under the law with a focused commitment to effectuating peaceful change. And the movement won.

One needs to keep in mind, of course that it was the Democrats and The Democrat Party who were the bad guys...

The Party of Trump and Lincoln were the good guys fighting for the rights of all black Americans..

That's the facts of history that can NEVER be erased...

Today’s ersatz socialist-communist-anarchist call for tearing down America, defunding police and ICE, looting stores and pillaging and burning down neighborhoods is not that movement. What does it say about today’s ersatz movement of destruction and rampage that all their neo-heroes have criminal rap sheets that arise not from arrests at sit-ins or disrupted peaceful marches but from drug felonies, burglaries, and armed robbery?
https://spectator.org/black-lives-matter-for-democrats-but-only-during-the-six-months-before-an-election/

Exactly.. What DOES it say about The Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party that they are all scumbags and drug dealers and child-murderers and gang-bangers??

And let's not forget... It's been established that The Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party are all united.. Each segment is responsible for the actions of the other segments...

And that Party REALLY believes they are going to win in Nov???

One really has to wonder what they have been smoking and taking...

Beyond the required meth and fentynal, that is...

Nov 3 2020 is going to be GLORIOUS!! :D

don,

So it's okay to poke the bear?

only if 'the bear' is a presidential candidate. if it's the person upon whom you depend for permission to use his own personal space to solicit for your cause - not so much.

All Joe [childish insult] Biden can do in Presidential elections is lose..

he has never led the ticket in a general election before, so there's no data either way in that regard.

as for the two closest and most recent approximations, he has won about 80% of the primaries - and both general elections as VP. so unless you're counting the 1980's, biden's win-loss record so far is quite a lot better than one might have thought - self included.

In surveying the scene in America these days, I see many signs of Fascism. But some of them are out of sync with true Fascism. I think Fascism’s leader in America, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, needs to bring a little order to her party’s new belief system. I suggest she set up an institute to coordinate the movement on a grand scale.

But be sure to dump the rule of law. Also dump our Constitution. You already have dumped the electoral system. You almost stole the 2016 election, and I am confident with mail-in voting and some of your other, less obvious “reforms” you are making headway toward a truly Fascist States of America (FSA).

Yet your youth movement leaves something to be desired. The demonstrators I saw sauntering through the rubble over the last few weeks look too casual. They were wearing beach shirts and tennis shoes, and I saw some in Bermuda shorts. That is a very American look, but not a truly Fascist look. The young idealists in black, wearing black hoodies and carrying loot from the fashionable stores that they had recently broken into, were the true Fascists. They had armfuls of the stuff to take home to Mom or Dad or the local pawn shop. It is time to sign them up in the Young Democrat chapters around the nation.

But to return to my earlier point, you need a name for your Institute. A name that can be respected. That can be easily recognized in the media. How about “The Karl Marx Institute for Peace and Prosperity”? It is just a suggestion, but it is more direct than the National Democratic Party, which sounds hopelessly compromised.

The Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party definitely wants to stay true to it's racist roots...

That's easier to do when you push your own brand of fascism...

The mayor could call it the Sword of Liberation. He could claim that he used it to liberate the last black slave discovered hunkered down in a basement on Park Avenue. Or perhaps he used it to open up the Metropolitan Club to immigrants or to allow skateboard riders in Central Park. Actually, I believe they already allow skateboard riders in the park. He will have to claim some other act of heroism for the Sword of Liberation. How about if he chopped the head off the Statue of Liberty?

At any rate, it is only a matter of time before Mayor de Blasio dons a military uniform, complete with riding boots and medals and a sash across his ample girth. Why not confer with a book on Benito Mussolini for ideas on how the sash might be worn? Mussolini always wore stylish uniforms in Italy, plus a sash, at least until the citizenry had had enough of the old boy and they strung him up by his ankles in Giulino di Mezzegra and filled him with lead. The popolo minuto had adjudged that Italy had had quite enough of Fascist greatness. When it was all over, several of his former subjects pulled up their skirts and voided on him. Fascism never ends very well, but it must have been fun while it lasted — if you were a brute.

Fits Mayor DeBlowHole to a 'T'....

Unfriendly Fascism From the Democrats
Guess who its leader is.

Now the mob is planning to tear down the statue of Theodore Roosevelt, and, may I add, that TR was one of the original Progressives. Take a look in an American history book, if you can find one. Teddy was an original Progressive. The mayor of the fated city of New York, Bill de Blasio has already approved Teddy’s removal. Au revoir, Teddy; you will soon rest in the dustbin of history along with George Washington and so many other old white men of American history. Possibly, in time Mayor de Blasio himself will repose there. After all, he is an aging white male, and he has not achieved even as much as Roosevelt, to say nothing of Washington.

Obviously with all the statues coming down, and the property being destroyed and the history being trampled, something is afoot in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. America is welcoming in a new regime. It is a Fascist regime, which comes somewhat as a surprise to me. This Fascist regime is being raised up from the left end of the political spectrum. If you are like me — educated by left-wingers all your life — you were taught to expect Fascism to come from the right. Today on the right there is only silence, irenic silence. All the flag burners, statue smashers, and, dare I say it, book burners, are on the left. In fact, Mayor de Blasio is one of them. Though he is careful to wear a suit and tie, when he appears on television he always approves of the mob, and it is only a matter of time before he begins appearing in public wearing a uniform with epaulets and perhaps a sword.

The Democratic Party has left the back door open to these anti-democratic extremists and has been infiltrated. It has morally atrophied and is ambiguous between mob rule and sensible law enforcement. The Democrats have a phantom presidential candidate who is clearly unequal to the office which he seeks and have left their campaign to the biased and unprofessional national political media, since the candidate can’t make the race. The Democrats are trying to avoid the issues, profit from the coronavirus, and hope for a referendum on Trump stacked by the Trump-hating media. Jefferson, Madison, FDR, Truman, and LBJ were Democratic presidents who importantly strengthened the foundations of American liberty. Those who would remove a statue of Robert E. Lee because he led the Army of Virginia, no more realize that they are facilitating the work of those who would tear down statues of Lincoln and Churchill than those who peacefully protested the criminal death of George Floyd realized their efforts would be hijacked by those who burned and pillaged the businesses of thousands of decent Americans.

Once again, I only take issue with the claim that George Floyd's death was "criminal"...

It wasn't.. It was a public service..

But the rest is spot on..

The Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party is simply alienating the very people that the Party needs for votes..

Once again, the Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party is it's own worst enemy..

The facts are incontrovertible and undeniable..

There is only a weak argument for removing the statues of great generals such as Lee and Stonewall Jackson. There is no argument whatever for removing from the front of the Museum of Natural History in New York the splendid statue of Theodore Roosevelt, which is being done preemptively, according to the director, because statues now attract controversy. (That one is accompanied by a Native American and an African American beside a mounted TR — he was a supporter of both communities). They should retain TR’s statue and get rid of the director. She represents precisely the sort of cowardice that feeds and is exploited by the extremism that quickly gets to the head of these apparently well intended movements. There is no earthly excuse for taking down the statue of General (and President) U. S. Grant in San Francisco, or for defacing the statue of Winston Churchill in Parliament Square in London. Compare Confederate leader Jefferson Davis’s views of black people to those of Farrakhan’s hero and Churchill’s arch-foe, Hitler, on the same subject. The first person who advocates the removal of General Sherman’s statue in New York’s Grand Army Plaza by St. Gaudens, should be pitilessly mocked and chastised.

That's The Democrat/AntiFa/BLM Party for ya... :D

Weak morons who should be pitilessly mocked and chastised.. :D
