It is likely that I posted here something to the effect of "If Biden isn't the Democratic nominee, then Trump will be re-elected."

You damn sure never agreed with Mike's prediction that Bernie was going to be unstoppable after Super Tuesday and Biden would be toast... nor did CW.

You can't ever admit when yer wrong, even when everyone else tells you that you are..

All three of them did not agree with your prediction that Biden was toast on Super Tuesday. That is just utter asinine bullshit. I already proved that JL said not to give up on Biden after New Hampshire. I still don't agree that he agreed Biden was toast on Super Tuesday, and I know for damn sure that all three of them didn't agree with that shitty prediction.

Bottom line: Biden wasn't toast, and you get to vote for him because your prediction was wrong.

And I am in your head so much, you use them constantly on me..

Nope. People fact checking the bullshit you make up about them and the cut-and-paste entire articles full of conspiracy theory bullshit you post from the right-wing rags does not constitute you being in anyone's head. You do understand political debate, right? Sheeeeesh.

Hardly someone who only reads 5% of what I post.. :D

Do you not understand the fact that you are so repetitive with your routine that all anyone who's seen it need do is read 2-3 words of a "paragraph" (you don't post in paragraphs) to get the gist of the seemingly cut-and-paste repetitive lines?

So to recap: Your infinite spew is terminally repetitive. It's like "Name That Tune" where they play three notes and the contestant knows the song. There's quite simply no need whatsoever to read entire sentences of yours when they're the same words repeated over and over like a dog with a 50-word vocabulary. Therefore, anyone with any memory skills (that would be me) needs only to read 5-10% of the repeated superfluous blather. The entire articles lifted from right-wing rags -- the spam, spam, spam, spam -- is easily scrolled past. Seen one dumb article about "black Americans" or the killing du jour... seen them all.

That's why gloating is so much fun with you.. :D

I realize you're quite proud of your assclownery, assclown; I just don't think you realize what a waste of time it is with me. Your shit is so rote and repetitive that you effectively render yourself meaningless unless you post something/anything that isn't the usual repetitive shit on permanent loop.

And so ends another day in Weigantia.. :D

Same shit different day.

Because, if I said that once in the last couple or three years, then I have said it more than a million times!

Of course, that would have been pre-Pandemic I, symptoms or no symptoms, and pre-everything else since. But, I still fervently believe it to be true.

Because ya'all (NEN) never concede that you COULD be wrong and I COULD be right...

Do you need heads or tails explained to you?

JL

That reads like it was before New Hampshire. I'm guessing my conditional concession was between NH and NV, but you're a much better researcher than i.

Nothing more to research, JL. Your statement I quoted above from February 20 about not counting Biden out and the first two primaries being disappointing was after New Hampshire. The first two are Iowa (stupid caucus) and New Hampshire (primary). So your "not counting Biden out" statement was made after New Hampshire and before Nevada. I believe the general consensus at the time was that Bernie was going to win Nevada (stupid caucus) but Biden needed to have a good showing and then kick ass in South Carolina.

So maybe you actually said both of those things after New Hampshire, but I do know for a fact that you said not to count Biden out, and the Nevada stupid causes were held two days later with Biden holding his own... then South Carolina and Super Tuesday happened in rapid succession.

So to recap: For you, EM, and CW to have all agreed with Mike's prediction, that would have meant that each of you agreed that Bernie would win on Super Tuesday and effectively knock Biden out of the race. I know that you all didn't agree with that.

Maybe you said both. I know you said not to count Biden out before Nevada, and it wouldn't have made sense to count him out after Nevada. :)

Michale,

I am somewhat surprised that you don't see the link between DEFUND/ABOLISH POLICE and the crime rate in cities that support it..

Who said I did not see that link? It makes perfect sense for the cities with the highest crime rates to look at ways to defund the police to help the police to focus more of their time where it is most needed and to take away responsibilities that the police were never meant to handle!

Calls for service dealing with mental health problems, drug use, and civil disputes could be handled by mental health professionals and counselors instead of law enforcement. It’s long past time for us to decriminalize drug use. And “suicide by cop” doesn’t happen when no cops show up, but health care providers handle the calls. Why are you pushing for the police to handle these types of calls?

You can't ever admit when yer wrong, even when everyone else tells you that you are..

decades to be that way, and I have kick-ass research skills...

And I am in your head so much, you use them constantly on me..

Hardly someone who only reads 5% of what I post.. :D

But, once again, you lost.. I won.. Just like your Rick Roll bone head play..

That's why gloating is so much fun with you.. :D

You were wrong.. I was right..

And so ends another day in Weigantia.. :D

Granted, my memory isn't what it used to be, but I do remember that things went down as I described...

How so? You said that JL, EM, and CW all agreed with your prediction I had quoted:

[51] Michale wrote:

. Joe is in great shape and right now (barring any unforeseen major event), on track to win the Democratic nomination.

BBBWWAHAHHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Thanx.. I needed that laugh.. :D Vain attempt to suck up...

Biden's **ONLY** advantage is the black American vote..

And THAT is waning for Democrats in and of itself by the 10s of millions..

Today will, once and for all, puncture the Biden/Electability myth..

Bernie will be unstoppable after today..

THEN, the fun and excitement will be in watching the DNC try to stop Bernie and how it will utterly tear apart the Democrat Party.. :D

I know EM didn't agree with your prediction that Super Tuesday would "puncture the Biden/Electability myth" and that "Bernie will be unstoppable after today.." I'm also not seeing how JL and CW agreed with you that Bernie would be unstoppable after Super Tuesday.

JL saying that Biden would lose the nomination unless he won on Super Tuesday isn't the same thing as JL agreeing with you that Biden would be eliminated on Super Tuesday because Bernie would be unstoppable. Do I need to explain "unstoppable"? Just let me know.

JL is correct. I have an excellent memory because it was trained over decades to be that way, and I have kick-ass research skills... also trained.

Mike, you're just silly. :)

And then she tries to claim she only reads 5% of what I post.. :D :chortle: :chortle:

Yunno.. I probably shouldn't be telling ya'all this..

But there is one sure way to cut the coming gloating by as much as 2/3rds after the Nov Election...

Simply start every comment directed at me with:

"Well, Michale, you COULD be right... But consider this.."

blaaa blaaa blaaa blaaaa....

It's ya'all's recalcitrance in conceding the facts and the fact that ya'all MIGHT be wrong which is the source of 70% of my gloating...

It's how I am capable of bitch-slapping ya'all so much..

Because ya'all (NEN) never concede that you COULD be wrong and I COULD be right...

So, of course, when facts and reality PROVE that I am factually accurate and ya'all are completely and utterly WRONG, of course I am going to rub your faces in it..

Again and Again and Again and Again...

Just a thought that might make your visit to Weigantia much more pleasant one.....

One of the most important of those enemies was propaganda, and in a 1958 interview with Mike Wallace of CBS fame, Huxley laid out the case for how our freedom could be endangered by the mass media. The author of “Brave New World” proposed that the time might come when "television … is always saying the same things the whole time; it's always driving along. It's not creating a wide front of distraction. It's creating a one-pointed 'drumming in' of a single idea all the time." He called this an "immensely powerful" tool of propaganda.

It’s also the birth of what Donald Trump came to call “Fake News,” and which, in an echo of Huxley, the president has characterized as the “Enemy of the People.”

More and more, mainstream media players like the New York Times, CNN and NBC are working hand in hand with the social media giants to push an agenda rather than to report the news. Moreover, with Google’s economic clout, they can crush their opposition. That makes them the American version of the Chinese Communist Party or the equivalent of the all-powerful Party in “Nineteen Eighty-Four.” Bow to them or you will be silenced. To paraphrase Orwell, “Whatever Google holds to be the truth, is truth.”

If that doesn’t worry you, then the country is already lost.

Yea, once upon a time, it was the Democrats who were worried about personal privacy and the surveillance state...

Now, it's embraced whole heartedly by the Democrat Party, as long as it's President Trump and his supporters who remain in the cross-hairs..

But in the time before President Trump was when the Democrat Party jumped in with both feet in the surveillance state..

As a matter of fact, I think it was CW who awarded Odumbo for the biggest lie of the year..

NOT Odumbo's huge lie about keeping your doctor, keeping your healthcare plan..

No... According to the Grand Poobah hisself, Odumbo's biggest lie of 2011?? 2012???

"I welcome the debate on domestic surveillance"
-Odumbo's Biggest Lie

And that is how the Democrat Party lost it's way and fully embraced deep state surveillance.. The infiltration and surveillance of the Trump Campaign by Odumbo and his minions is simply the one example amongst many..

michale is mostly right on that one, at least where i'm concerned. at the time i was basically conceding that UNLESS biden ran the table from south carolina to super tuesday, he'd be toast, and i'd be casting one of the seventeen trump votes in new york. as it happens, biden did just that, and here we are.

Well, okay, but isn't that very different from Mike's prediction on Super Tuesday wherein he stated that Bernie would actually win Super Tuesday and be unstoppable and that Biden's campaign would effectively be over? Mike says that you, EM, and CW all agreed with his prediction that Bernie would be unstoppable after Super Tuesday:

Today will, once and for all, puncture the Biden/Electability myth..

Bernie will be unstoppable after today..

THEN, the fun and excitement will be in watching the DNC try to stop Bernie and how it will utterly tear apart the Democrat Party.. :D

He made that statement when I told EM I had crunched the numbers and Biden was well on his way to winning the Democratic nomination.

So you're saying now that you agreed with Mike's prediction that Bernie would win on Super Tuesday and be unstoppable? Because I remember it very differently, and I have receipts:

@cw,

as disappointing as the first two primaries were, i don't think it's fair to count biden out yet. there are still millions of people in this country who want him to be the next president, yet in spite of how well he polls people have been counting him out since june.

Hawley is one of a handful of conservatives who understand what is at stake. Another is Tucker Carlson, who continues to risk his career on Fox News by speaking out against the powers that be. On Tuesday, Carlson was one of the first to call out Google for its latest assault on freedom of speech. Carlson, who in 2017 called Google “the most powerful company in the history of the world,” doubled down on the threat that Google posed to not just free speech but free thought:

“Suddenly your opinions qualify as crimes. Dare to say what you think at work, and you will be fired in the middle of a recession. Write what you think online, and you will be silenced by the Big Tech companies. So, you keep your views to yourself. You have no choice. A lot of Americans are doing that right now. They're staying quiet. And of course, that's the point of censorship — to keep people isolated and alone to prevent a consensus from forming that challenges those in charge. If you're forced to shut up, they can do what they want to you and your country. That's why they do it.”

As Carlson said in 2017, “To an unprecedented extent, Google controls reality.”

That’s true, but Google is not alone. Facebook last week banned an ad placed by the Trump campaign because it included a red triangle as a reference to antifa, the leftist hate group that has fomented violence in many of our major cities. According to Facebook, the symbol is unacceptable not because it is used by a real modern hate group but because it was used 85 years ago by the Nazi Party in Germany.

Let’s face it. Were it not for Facebook and its thought police, very few Americans would have ever known that the red triangle had been co-opted permanently by the Nazis, never to be mentioned again in polite society. Heaven help the unsuspecting third-grader who colors in his lesson on shapes by mistakenly using a red crayon on the triangle.

But the mainstream media, social media and left-wing advocacy websites were ablaze on Thursday with a steady drumbeat of headlines that explicitly linked Trump’s name with Nazis.

—“Facebook removes Trump ads with symbol once used by Nazis to designate political prisoners,” said the Washington Post.

—“Facebook removes Trump ads displaying symbol used by Nazis,” scolded the New York Times.

—“Facebook takes down Trump campaign ads with symbol once used by Nazis,” we were told by Axios.

—“Facebook takes down Trump ads featuring symbol identical to one Nazis used for concentration camp prisoners,” proclaimed CBS News.

You get the idea: “Trump is a Nazi.”

No? You think I’m exaggerating the effect of such headlines repeating the blatant distortion of Trump’s intent as if it were true? Facebook got the ball rolling, but when you throw in those misleading headlines and the 24/7 blare of CNN and MSNBC targeting Trump as a dangerous Nazi himself, you get the effect that Aldous Huxley described in his book “Enemies of Freedom,” later published as “Brave New World Revisited.”

Exactly... The Left has a monopoly on the Media.. The very fact that President Trump is competitive at all in the polls says a LOT about how popular President Trump really is..

It's easy to figure out.. Simply assume that all the polls are from Democrats and Left Wingers only..

Once that is established, the fact that President Trump scores as high as he does is a major testament to President Trump's REAL popularity...

Again, once things are looked at in a cold objective manner, reality reveals itself..

As Orwell’s dystopian novel explains, “Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past.” Of course, in “Nineteen Eighty-Four” it is the monolithic Party that exercises unilateral control over thought, history and behavior. But in our modern world of “Twenty Twenty,” the government has been supplanted from the role of Big Brother by Google, the gatekeeper of all knowledge and the arbiter of all opinion.

Google’s power, aided and abetted by the federal government, is not just derived from its virtual monopoly on search results, but also by its control of almost all Internet advertising through its AdSense program. Websites, therefore, have become dependent on Google for their continued existence, and if Google removes their revenue stream, they have no choice but to buckle under to the Mother Ship’s demands or to go under altogether. What’s worse is that Google is answerable to no one. It makes its own rules and there is no effective right of appeal.

Last week, after being goaded by a branch of NBC, Google demonetized ZeroHedge and threatened to do the same to The Federalist because of the way they characterized Black Lives Matter, or maybe because they allowed unrestricted comment on their websites. (We don’t know for sure because when you are as powerful as Google, you don’t have to explain yourself.) The Federalist, one of the most important conservative opinion and news sites on the internet, removed its comment section altogether in order to appease the beast that is Google. ZeroHedge, another conservative outlet, has not been so lucky. It has been sent to digital Siberia, where one assumes the rations are limited to bread and water.

On Wednesday, Sen. Josh Hawley introduced legislation to restrict the ability of Internet platforms to censor such conservative voices, or for that matter any voices, with impunity. Hawley's bill, called the Limiting Section 230 Immunity to Good Samaritans Act, would require companies to undertake a “duty of good faith” in order to receive the liability protections of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. If they don’t maintain a neutral platform or if they exercise “selective enforcement of policies,” they wouldn’t qualify for protection from lawsuits.

“For too long, Big Tech companies like Twitter, Google and Facebook have used their power to silence political speech from conservatives without any recourse for users,” Hawley said. “Congress should act to ensure bad actors are not given a free pass to censor and silence their opponents.”

Once again.. Google's Left Wing bias is completely obvious to those who can take a step back and look at things logically and rationally....

Hay MC..

Wasn't it you who claimed that Google doesn't have a Left Wing bias??

Big Brother, Google and the 'Enemies of Freedom'

My fourth collection of columns is titled "The Media Matrix" and has the subtitle "What if everything you know is fake?" Lately, that subtitle seems prophetic and ubiquitous. As we watch Big Tech crush diversity of thought and promote one-sided radical disinformation, it seems that more and more people are recognizing that they live in an information bubble strictly controlled by a few billionaires and a handful of media outlets.

Google and its brethren have become the de facto Ministry of Truth, which (as fans of George Orwell’s “Nineteen Eighty-Four” already know) is in fact the Ministry of Lies and Propaganda. Due to congressional malfeasance, Google is the leviathan unleashed without any oversight on a world of unsuspecting information consumers, many of whom assume that what they read is reliable. In fact, it is filtered through a complex network of algorithms and policies that eliminate nuance and subtlety and substitute far-left talking points and distortions.

Because we all walk in the footsteps of our ancestors, I can see how you come to that conclusion, considering Drumpf's paternal grandfather was draft-dodging whorehouse owner driven from Canada for tax evasion.

michale is mostly right on that one, at least where i'm concerned. at the time i was basically conceding that UNLESS biden ran the table from south carolina to super tuesday, he'd be toast, and i'd be casting one of the seventeen trump votes in new york. as it happens, biden did just that, and here we are.

Thank you...

Granted, my memory isn't what it used to be, but I do remember that things went down as I described...

Russ,

104 Shot, 14 Killed In Chicago Weekend Violence; Other ‘Defund The Police’ Target Cities See Major Gun Crime Incidents

Chicago saw a very violent Father’s Day weekend, with more than 100 people shot and at least 14 killed, including five children, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

The number of shootings makes last weekend the most violent weekend of 2020 for the midwestern metropolis, but hardly its deadliest. The last weekend of May saw more than 20 people killed but only 85 people were shot.

The youngest victim of the weekend’s violence was just three years old.

“A 3-year-old boy was fatally wounded when someone opened fire at his father while they were driving in [Chicago’s Austin neighborhood],” the Sun-Times says. “The toddler, identified as Mekay James, was struck in the back about 6:25 p.m. when someone in a blue Honda pulled behind the black SUV the boy’s 27-year-old father was driving in the 600 block of North Central Avenue and fired several rounds, authorities said.”

The police believe Mekay’s father was the intended target of the shooting.

Four other minors were killed, including two teenage boys, who were shot in an alley on the city’s south side, and a teenage girl, who was shot in the neck while sitting in the front room of her home.

In total, 12 minors were among the 104 people shot.

Of the approximately 5% of your shit I actually read, you only have like 100 words in total that you repeat over and over like a dipshit on terminal loop. There's no reason to read the repetitive shit... seen a few comments of yours, you've basically seen them all. That's got to be so much easier than ever having to think.

But I thank you for answering to assclown. It really does fit you and this worn out routine of yours.

So now you believe the only reason that there was a death in the CHOP zone was because the police were not there to prevent it?

It's obvious to anyone with more than 2 brain cells to rub together that police serve as a deterrent to crime...

No police.. No deterrent..

It's really simple..

You disagree???

A VERY small taste of what is going to happen if the Democrat Party is successful in abolishing the police..

Missouri police stand guard as white people paint over Black Lives Matter mural with ‘blue line’

Police in Missouri were seen blocking traffic for a group of white people who destroyed a Black Lives Matter mural.

An image shared on social media shows four people who appear to be white painting over the words “Black Lives Matter” with what was called a “blue line.”

Good on them....

Because it's painfully obvious to anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together that black lives don't actually matter to black people..

As we rein in and reimagine how a police force should work, we should avoid that word “all.”

I loved my dad, but decades passed before I took the time to learn about his 40 years on the D.C. force. Finally, my sister gave me his scrapbook.

There’s a picture of him with President Coolidge, getting awarded the Medal for Bravery. There’s another pic where he’s in his fedora, guarding F.D.R. at a ballgame as he throws out the first ball.

My dad caught an escaped killer who hurled a flatiron at him and broke his nose. He disarmed a wife in a courthouse who shot her cheating husband and said she regretted only that she hadn’t been able to get “the other woman,” too.

Over the racist objections of his captain, he wanted to give blood to save the life of a black man wounded during a series of armed holdups. The man had fired point-blank at my father, but the gun jammed. Only then did my dad return fire.

He wasn’t big on bloodshed. He transferred out of the homicide department in short order and threw up after watching my cat have kittens.

In 1947, he faced down a Ku Klux Klan leader burning crosses on the lawn of the only Jewish resident in a Maryland town. In 1954, when he was in charge of Senate security, he raced over to the House and wrestled the gun from one of the four Puerto Rican nationalists who shot round after round onto the House floor, wounding five congressmen. (You can still see the bullet hole in the table Republicans use to give speeches.)

Amid the clippings in his scrapbook about his exploits catching “highwaymen” are pasted some poems. One about Irish mothers, one about the evils of whiskey. And several that allude to the fact that police officers can die at any moment and leave behind their families.

So, on this Father’s Day, I’ll say what I should have said a long time ago: I’m proud of you, Dad.

I know, I know.. Some Weigantians claim that they don't hate cops with varying degrees of credibility.....

It's easy to say when cops do something heroic.. Deliver a baby in the back of a patrol unit.. Talk down a jumper.. Go up against an active shooter. Although in my day, the term hadn't been circulated.. It was the infamous "MAN WITH A GUN!!"

But the TRUE test of supporting the police is when they do something controversial.. When they remove some scumbag from the gene pool and are attacked and demonized for it.

THAT is the time that those who actually DO support the police should step up and be counted...

Sadly, besides yours truly, Russ is the only one who comes close.. And even he has his moments of cop-hate...

It's easy to back the cops when everyone else says they do also..

It takes REAL character and integrity to back the cops when all your fellow political ideologues are attacking cops figuratively AND literally..

That's when true support for LEOs shines thru...

And, sadly, here in Weigantia, such support is hard to find...

Good Cops, Bad Cops

On Father’s Day, I want to tell my dad something I neglected to mention.

When it was time for the father-daughter lunch at Immaculata, I didn’t sign up. As an Irish immigrant with little formal education, my father had worked terribly hard to afford that fancy girls’ school. But I didn’t tell him about the lunch. I don’t know if it was the cop thing or because he was older and didn’t seem that into raising a teenager. (The day I was born, the other cops at roll call teased him about becoming a new father at 61.)

As it turned out, one of my dad’s closest friends was the speaker at the lunch and called him to find out why he wasn’t there. My dad, hurt, asked my mom why I didn’t want to take him.

And that is something I’m ashamed of.

In the wake of 9/11, I was relieved that people were able to see the heroic side of police officers and firefighters. Celebrities began inviting firefighters to their lobby Christmas parties in tony Upper West Side apartment buildings. But by the next year, that fad was over.

Now come calls to abolish the police. Once I would have tried to blame bad apples. But the grotesque spectacle of blacks being regularly executed for living their lives is completely indefensible.

I grew up in the shadow of two powerful patriarchies, the Catholic Church and the police. Both institutions attracted an element of warped, sadistic people. Instead of rooting out those dark forces, the institutions protected them, moving bad priests to another parish and bad cops to another precinct.

The police and the church are arbiters of right and wrong, yet they let a poisonous culture grow and conspired to shield those doing wrong and hurting innocents.

My heart aches for all the good cops — particularly black cops — who are anguished, and for their families in this season when streaming of N.W.A.’s anti-police anthem is surging; when police shows are getting axed as “copaganda” and even Olivia Benson is canceled; and when protesters in D.C. hold aloft signs reading “EAT THE RICH AND THEIR PIGGIES TOO,” and “ACAB” (All Cops Are Bastards) is spray-painted all over the pavement.

Mr. Biden’s long record, his legacy, his entire flawed career, all of his empty promises are nothing more than one giant hangover.

“Joe Biden will always let you down,” the president said.

Even that, however, is giving Mr. Biden too much credit. Mr. Biden is no longer in charge of his own campaign. Mr. Biden is a puppet being propped up by radical forces desperate to topple Mr. Trump and foist a wildly unpopular, partisan agenda on the American people. A “Trojan Horse for socialism,” Mr. Trump called him.

Even amid all the racial strife that Democrat politicians are angrily ginning up these days, Mr. Trump gave no quarter.

Referring to the economic numbers before the pandemic, he said: “I’ve done more for the black community in four years than Joe Biden has done in 47 years.”

Ouch.

Daaaammmnnn!!!

Let's repeat that for the cheap seats..

“I’ve done more for the black community in four years than Joe Biden has done in 47 years.”
-President Trump

The facts have never been more plain to each and every patriotic American..

Mr. Trump could not conjure up more perfect enemies to run against. These are not paper tigers invented by Trump; they are tissue dragons of their own making.

Stealing a Democrat smear against Judge Robert Bork, Mr. Trump warned that the unrest and upheaval in the streets across the country today is simply a product of “Joe Biden’s America.”

“In Joe Biden’s America,” Mr. Trump said, “rioters, looters and criminal aliens have more rights than law abiding citizens.”

Wow. That won’t be the last time you hear that line.

The perfect campaign line..

Especially because it's so dead on ballz accurate.. :D

“All of you are warriors,” Mr. Trump declared.

Ever the optimist and ever the leader, Mr. Trump went all in on a bright future for America on Saturday night, applauding those who braved the rally despite all the dire predictions that they would fall prey to the Chinese plague if they showed up.

As always, Mr. Trump lives off the dishonesty of the media who warn of certain death at a Trump campaign rally, even as they applaud the violent mobs burning and looting in the cities.

The utter ridiculousness of Democrats and Weigantians (NEN)....

The fear-monger President Trump's rally, but cheer whole-heartedly at the violent protests..

Let's face reality.. Logic is not a strong suit for many here....

Mr. Trump is the incumbent president, yet somehow Democrats picked the one person that allows Mr. Trump to run for reelection — as an outsider! It’s like Mr. Trump is charging the gates all over again. It’s been four years and still he gets to play the barbarian!

And what a beautiful barbarian he was Saturday night.

He hilariously relived his brilliant speech at West Point — you know, the speech that went over all the media’s head. All they could focus on was Mr. Trump’s tepid walk down the long ramp after his speech. And the overly careful manner in which he drank from his water glass.

His long and involved Saturday night re-enactment was a genius case study in how to lead with your weakness. Own it completely. And utterly disarm it with humor.

By the time Mr. Trump got to the punch line — menacingly pointing with a vicious stare at the assembled press — his victims were too stupid to understand what had even hit them.

It was a performance worthy of Hannibal Lecter. As if Dr. Lecter had disemboweled a poor schmuck on the street and was eating his innards before the dope even realized it was his own intestines he was slipping around on.

The New York Times declared Mr. Trump’s comeback rally “disjointed.” Yeah, I bet it seemed disjointed to them. How was breakfast this morning? I bet that was confusing, too.

It sure wasn’t “disjointed” for the crowd gathered in the stadium. Nor was it for the millions who tuned in across the country.

Biden can only DREAM of having President Trump's rally numbers.. :D

But the problem isn’t how long Mr. Biden has been alive. The problem is how long he has been in Washington. Or, as Mr. Trump described it, “four decades of betrayal, calamity and failure.”

The guy has had a storied career. He really should be set out on the front porch in a rocking chair to enjoy his well-deserved sunset. Instead, Washington’s political vultures need another sacrifice atop the Resistance funeral pyre. And, for all Mr. Biden’s charming qualities, intelligence isn’t one of them. Neither is self-awareness.

So, today, in his 78th year, his party finally gives him the shot they have denied him for 30 years. And off they lead him to slaughter.

It is so ugly. And so Washington. But if anybody should know this wicked ritual, it is Joe Biden. He has been sloshing around in the fetid swamp longer than anybody.

Joe McRapist Biden should have heeded my advice and leave politics on top...

Now his legacy will be rape, sexual assault and a 3-time luser...

Biden's 40 Years in Washington Is the Problem

Somebody call 911; Joe Biden needs a body cast

No wonder Joe Biden is hiding in his basement.

He is going to need more than just a face mask to survive this campaign. Somebody needs to get the guy a body cast after President Trump’s rally in Tulsa on Saturday night.

It is not even elder abuse. I mean, yeah, the guy is near 80 years old and he seems all talked out. Vacant. Lost. And lonely.

President Trump is going to wipe the floor with Joe McRapist Biden...

Just like he did with Hillary.. :D

Oh it's going to be fun around here with me reminding ya'all how, once again, many of ya'all were completely and utterly WRONG on every point. :D

But we'll have JM's daily reminders for a week or so.. :D

The 1619 project, meanwhile, having essentially conceded the historians’ central point, lost nothing at all. It marches on unscathed toward becoming the official curriculum in the nation’s public school system, replacing the products of the American historical profession as a whole, which must either adapt or suffer a similar humiliation. The outcome proved that whether or not the historians were right about the facts of history, they had made a fundamental error in judging where power lies. At best, they are dopes who thought they were smarter, which is to say more powerful, than they are. At worst, they are professionally self-destructive, and—who knows—maybe even racists.

Argument itself requires that certain fundamental questions are settled and beyond dispute. In order to argue over whether the sky is blue, we’ll have to agree on what the sky is. The new argumentation has not only vastly expanded the number of subjects that are supposed to be beyond argumentation, it has, by a sleight of hand, reversed the nature of the matters that cannot be questioned. Now, it is precisely the most contentious issues—is biological sex a valid concept? Is racism and abuse so widespread in American law enforcement that we should immediately defund the police?—that must be accepted a priori.

I can see why Russ was so confused by the 1619 project..

It's full of factual errors and utterly racist bullshit..

But, then again, that's the Democrat Party for ya.. :D

And JL was also making the same prediction as well.. We even had a discussion on me releasing him from our wager cuz it looked like Bernie had it made....

You're seriously a mental case, and you're volunteering to prove it yet again. You don't remember the events of Super Tuesday... just a few short months ago? Here, let me help your demonstrable shitty memory by posting a message from CW to you on Super Tuesday in response to your dumb post when you suggested Bernie had it made and it would be over for Biden:

As far as JL, no way did he think Biden was finished on Super Tuesday. JL was the one who correctly opined not to count Biden out. If you're seriously claiming or actually believe that EM agreed that "Bernie had it made" or that Biden was finished, then you're bonkers with an extra helping of dipshit and massive cognitive dissonance... or in the alternative, there is quite simply no help whatsoever for your reading comprehension problems.

So, basically, the other 2 Weigantian Elders and the Grand Poobah hisself were all in agreement that Bernie had the nomination sewed up...

So, basically, you're either an inveterate lying liar or your memory is an embarrassment to yourself and Weigantia.

That STILL cracks me up that you would be so moronic to think you could fool me..

Yet still can't hold a candle to the sheer ignorance of the fact that you've got yourself all worked up and your knickers in a twist over a post that didn't have your name on it, wasn't even meant for you, and wasn't even about you in any way.

Dr. Alveda King: Trump Is Moving the Nation Toward Police Reform and Racial Justice

“In his ‘I Have a Dream’ address of August 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. called for an end to the scourge of racism in the United States,” writes King’s niece, Dr. Alveda King, in the Washington Examiner.

“As President Trump works toward building a more perfect union, America can dream again. Immediately after Floyd's brutal death, Trump made clear that he is fully committed to ensuring justice will be served for George and his family—that he will not have died on that gray pavement in vain.”

Black Americans are solidly behind President Trump.. Even Dr King's living relatives are pro-President Trump..

Biden simply cannot win...

2) Your comment #49 still doesn't provide ANY evidence for you 40 percent figure. The link you provided only talks about the Trump campaign's hope of growing their black support of 2016, which was 8 percent.

3) So again, where is your 40 percent coming from???? Just your own delusion???

Trump a Voice of Reason on Police Reform

WASHINGTON -- President Donald Trump was the voice of reason in Washington Tuesday as D.C. Democrats were sowing division.

Before he signed an executive order on police reform in the Rose Garden, Trump had reached out to the families of black men killed by police or vigilantes and met with them privately.

Then Trump signed the order in the Rose Garden flanked by law enforcement leaders who support the administration's reforms. When former President Bill Clinton worked with both sides on an issue, they called it "triangulation."

Much credit goes to Tim Scott of South Carolina, the only black Republican in the Senate, a frequent Trump whisperer and a man who wants to heal the nation.

Democrats have united behind the belief that law enforcement -- and by extension America -- is systemically racist. Scott has a more sophisticated take on the issue.

Scott knows firsthand that black men are more likely to be pulled over and cited by police for minor or nonexistent infractions than white drivers -- and he has made a point of educating fellow Republicans to the reality of "driving while black."
https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2020/06/21/trump_a_voice_of_reason_on_police_reform_143501.html

It's funny.. People go on and on about institutionalized racism, but no one ever have ANY facts to support..

Like this guy here who says black people are more likely to be given tickets by cops??

What's the context?? If the area is 80% black, then OF COURSE black people are more likely to get tickets..

I mean.. DUH.....

That's the problem with all the claims of institutionalized racism..

It NEVER has ANY unequivocal FACTS to support the claim..

NO. Do you know how many white Americans have ancestors like that??? It also has absolutely no correlation to who they are toda

So, having slave owners as ancestors is OK???

Then why the tearing down of the statues???

You would regard me as very liberal, correct???

Yet I had an ancestor who was a member of the Confederate Army of Northern Virginia!

Then if someone made a statue of you, it should be torn down, right???

Funny how ya'all have condemned President Trump for what HIS ancestors did..

But, the double standard doesn't apply to Democrats, eh? :^/

Black Lives Matter Co-Founder Accidentally Gives Away Their Top Goal For November

"Our goal is to get Trump out."

That's apparently the main goal of the Black Lives Matter movement according to co-founder Patrisse Cullors.

Not surprising.. Typically short-sighted black American..

President Trump did more in 2 years for black Americans than Democrats had done in 2 decades...

Obviously this biatch would rather live as a slave on the Democrat Party's new plantation...

Fortunately for America, black American support for President Trump is 40%...

Joe McRapist Biden doesn't stand a chance in Nov...

The ‘cancel’ crew will come for you someday soon

A moral panic is sweeping the nation. How we react to the pitchfork hordes will determine the fate of our country for a generation or longer.

We call what the hordes do to our fellow citizens “cancel culture,” but the term is far too cute to capture the cruel, mindless and life-destroying process taking place all around us in the name of “fighting racism.”

The tendency has been with us for some time, but the current, extra-crazed moment has accelerated its malignant energies: Locked in for months due to COVID-19, we re-emerged into a society more enraged and at war with itself than ever before.

Then the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis took the ideological madness to the next level. The great majority of Americans agreed that Floyd’s death was horrific and that the police officers responsible for it must be held to account. But that sane consensus wasn’t enough, as far as the cancel left was concerned: Enemies had to be found and eradicated.

And if there weren’t enough racist enemies, then more of them had to be invented.
https://nypost.com/2020/06/21/the-cancel-crew-will-come-for-you-someday-soon/

The author is cowing before the same group she decries...

Floyd's death was a simple by product of good police work..

Just imagine Floyd was white and it will all make sense... No one would be saying ANYTHING about Officer Chauvin if Floyd was white.. The fact that Officer Chauvin did nothing wrong if Floyd was white proves that Officer Chauvin did nothing wrong when Floyd is black..

By giving into the hysterical mob, it makes police work that much harder..

And when the hysterical mob starts to force police to give up their legitimate non-lethal remedies to those who would fight the cops, that leaves cops with only one choice.. Deadly Force...

It's time for people to start thinking rationally about this issue and not give in to hysterical emotionalism...

Crunched all the numbers. Joe is in great shape and right now (barring any unforeseen major event), on track to win the Democratic nomination. If -- big if -- Bloomberg drops out of the race this week (and that's the rumor), it's basically over. If Bloomberg doesn't drop out this week, Joe should take a decent lead in pledged delegates by mid to end of March... by Georgia or Puerto Rico.

Hope this makes sense. In a hurry.

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Later. :)

But they also know that you're the forum assclown who's spent multiple months insisting that Joe Biden's campaign is "dead," and they're well aware that you couldn't pour piss out of a boot with a hole in the toe and the directions on the heel.

And for your total mind-numbing ignorance on full display in Weigantia comments sections near daily, I'm am sure Joe Biden will appreciate your vote, and remember: Your vote for Joe Biden that you lost due to your inherent ignorance will not just be a vote for him but also a vote for his -- more likely than not -- black American female running mate. You too will be voting the exact same way as -- more likely than not -- approximately 90-93% of black Americans.

So to recap: You best stick to your 50/50 predictions because you seem to always lose your shit when you volunteer your "expertise" regarding anything beyond the easy stuff.

On behalf of all the millions of aforementioned Americans mentioned above, the diverse coalition you are joining in casting a vote for Joe Biden in November would like to thank you for your daily displays of utter cluelessness.

Is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Okay?

Last night, freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took to Instagram to build Ikea furniture, drink wine, and eat snacks while waxing philosophical on the perils of climate change. Even in today’s strange world, where presidential candidates like Beto O’Rourke post photos of themselves at the dentist, this was a bizarre display.

The oddest moment came when Ocasio-Cortez compared those who oppose her Green New Deal, or at least some kind of aggressive fight against climate change, to people in the 1950s and 1960s who opposed civil rights for black Americans.
https://thefederalist.com/2019/04/04/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-ok/

Why do Democrats ALWAYS step into this trap??

Occasional Cortex compares those who oppose her Green New Deal (AKA Destruction Of The US Economy) she compares those who oppose it to those who opposed to civil rights for black Americans.

Of course, Occasional Cortex is a few fries short of a Happy Meal..

Because she forgets that it was DEMOCRATS and the DEMOCRAT Party who opposed civil rights for black Americans..

So, not only is Occasional Cortex totally and completely wrong (she is talking about two completely different groups of people) she reminds anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together (granted, that leaves out a good portion of Democrats) that it was DEMOCRATS and the DEMOCRAT PARTY who opposed civil rights for black Americans..

Way ta go, Occasional Cortex.. Your Instagram diatribe really sticks it to Democrats and the Democrat Party.. :D

A few minutes later, a 64-year-old woman was shot inside her home in Humboldt Park on the West Side.

She was inside at 12:49 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Lawndale Avenue when bullets came through her window, according to police. The woman was hit in the arm and taken to Norwegian American Hospital in fair condition. She did not appear to be the shooter’s intended target.

The weekend’s first shooting wounded a 35-year-old woman Friday evening in South Shore.

She was with a group of people about 6:30 p.m. in the 7400 block of South Phillips Avenue when a light-colored SUV pulled up and someone inside opened fire, police said. She was shot in the arm, and her condition was stabilized at the University of Chicago Medical Center.

At least 64 other people were hurt in shootings throughout Chicago between 5 p.m. Friday and 5 a.m. Monday.

The spate of shootings came just three weeks after 24 people were killed and at least 61 others were shot during Chicago’s most violent weekend in modern history. That historic surge in shootings happened amid the unrest that gripped the city when a downtown protest over the officer-involved killing of George Floyd devolved into chaos and led to days of looting.

Last weekend’s gun violence killed two people and wounded 31 others across the city.

Of course, the solution is to get rid of cops and none of this would happen, right???

:eyeroll:

I gotta ask..

Do Dumbocrats do focus groups to determine how BEST to piss off patriotic Americans???

Or do Dumbocrats just know instinctively how to lose elections???

A police source said the father was believed to be the intended target of the shooting.

The father drove the boy to West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, police said, but the boy was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. The father was also treated for a graze wound to the abdomen.

Two teenage boys were killed just over an hour before that in South Chicago.

Jasean Francis, 17, and the 16-year-old were in an alley about 5:10 p.m. in the 7900 block of South Luella Avenue when a male suspect approached them and fired shots, authorities said. Francis was shot in the back, chest and hand while the 16-year-old was shot in the back and side. Both were taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead.

Early Sunday, a man was killed and three others were wounded in a shooting in Humboldt Park.

The men were arguing with a group about 12:04 a.m. in the 2600 block of West Potomac Avenue when they were shot, authorities said. Alexis Perez, 41, was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead on the scene. Two other men, 23 and 21, both went to Stroger Hospital in good condition. The older man was shot in the knee and hip while the younger man was shot in both legs. A fourth man, 34, was shot in his legs and arms. He was treated and released from Mount Sinai Hospital.

Sunday evening, a shooting left one man dead and another wounded Sunday evening in Humboldt Park.

They were shot about 7:30 p.m. in the 800 block of North Springfield Avenue, Chicago police said. A 22-year-old man was struck in the chest and pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital.

A 34-year-old man was hit in the arm and abdomen and was taken to the same hospital in critical condition, police said.

Ten minutes earlier, a man was shot to death in West Rogers Park on the North Side.

The man was walking about 7:20 p.m. in the 6200 block of North Troy Street when someone approached and shot him in the abdomen, police said. He was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, where he was pronounced dead.

Two men were shot, one of them fatally, in another attack Saturday evening in Austin.

Chicago saw its highest number of shootings victims in a single weekend this year with 99 people shot across the city from Friday evening to Monday morning, 12 of them fatally. Five of those killed were minors.

The latest child fatality happened early Monday in Austin on the West Side.

Two boys, 15 and 16, were walking in an alley at 12:18 a.m. in the 4700 block of West Superior Street when someone fired at them, possibly from a gray sedan, according to Chicago police. The 15-year-old was shot in his leg, chest and abdomen. He was taken to Stroger Hospital and pronounced dead. The other boy, 16, was hit in the ankle and taken to Stroger Hospital in fair condition.

A 13-year-old girl was killed and two other teens were wounded Saturday night in Austin on the West Side.

The girl was inside a home about 8:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of North LeClaire Avenue when the shots were fired, and she was struck in the neck, police said. She was taken to Stroger Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified her as Amaria J. Jones.

Two boys, 15 and 16, were sitting on a porch when one of them noticed a red laser pointing at him and heard gunfire, police said. The younger boy was struck in the back and the older boy was struck in the leg. They were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

A 3-year-old boy was fatally wounded about two hours earlier when someone opened fire at his father while they were driving in Austin.

The toddler, identified as Mekay James, was struck in the back about 6:25 p.m. when someone in a blue Honda pulled behind the black SUV the boy’s 27-year-old father was driving in the 600 block of North Central Avenue and fired several rounds, authorities said.

Family creation should be encouraged (and certainly not discouraged), too. No mom in America should be punished with a sudden and severe cut to benefits for her and her children should she get married. No employee should fear their career will hit a ceiling if they have a child. And paid family leave to care for newborns should be a benefit that both moms and dads earn from their jobs.

Pro-family policies need not cause economic harm, either. For example, just last week the pro-growth American Action Forum released its study on the benefits of paid family leave. While the study focused on children and found their benefit is significant, it also concluded, “Overall, these health and educational benefits to children — by helping to foster the conditions for individual wellbeing — have long-term social and economic benefits.” In other words, public policies can be pro-worker, pro-family, and pro-economy at the same time.

24
And babies aren’t the only ones who benefit from this bond. A growing body of scientific evidence shows that fathers who spend time with their newborns in their first weeks strengthen their bonds to their children and alter their brains, making them more caring and nurturing.

No matter our experience with our own father, this Father’s Day demands a newfound respect for fatherhood in our culture. The love and healing, particularly for the disadvantaged, that will come from this respect is difficult to overestimate in its power and can be the rock that grounds an American family revival. Dads are not just for the rich or the poor, for white, black, or brown, for daughters or for sons. Dads are essential for everyone.

It's so factually accurate...

Too bad the Democrat Party fights to eliminate fathers from families...

The sexist/feminist policies that actively sabotage the father's role in a stable family...

It has been exhaustively documented that the odds of successful life outcomes dramatically increase for children who have both a father and a mother in their home. These children have better education outcomes, fewer behavioral problems, and are less likely to use dangerous drugs or commit crimes.

It is a sad reality, however, that so many children in America — particularly underprivileged ones — are deprived of living in a two-parent home. As Fox News host Tucker Carlson remarked a couple of years ago, “Increasingly, having a father at home is a sign of affluence. But it is also a cause of affluence.” The research backs up this claim. Families are stronger when dads are engaged and living with their children, which leads to greater psychological, spiritual, and material wealth.

Research also shows, however, a disheartening decline in two-parent households over the past several decades. In a thought-provoking recent essay in The Atlantic, David Brooks notes that in 1960, 77.5 percent of children lived with their two married parents. Today, less than half of households are made up of a two-parent nuclear family. From 1970 to 2012, the percentage of households consisting of a married couple with children dropped by 50 percent.

This is clearly an unhealthy trend. Yet Brooks believes the age of the nuclear family is long gone and was a “freakish” historical anomaly that succeeded only during a brief period when economic, structural, and cultural stars aligned. Today, it only works for the highly educated and wealthy.

But, since yer here Victoria..

Fathers Will Always Be Essential

No matter our experience with our own father, this Father’s Day demands a newfound respect for fatherhood in our culture.

This Father’s Day is one like no other. Due to the coronavirus shutdowns, thousands of dads in nursing homes will not be visited by their children. Many kids and their moms will not be taking Dad to his favorite restaurant. Grown sons and daughters living in “hot” areas are not traveling so Dad can spend the weekend with his beloved children and grandchildren. Coronavirus, however, cannot stop us from celebrating this important day when we honor men who perform crucial roles in sustaining healthy families.

Hear that, Victoria??

I'm essential.. Yer not.. :D

Careful MC... Victoria gonna bitch and whine at you about plagiarizing ~ Mike the Fake Cop

Ignorant fake cop proves two things:

(1) He can't discern the difference between a poster sharing a paragraph from Quora and his own routine re-posting of multiple copyrighted articles lifted in their entirety.

(2) Victoria lives rent free in his tiny head.

Better watch out, Fake Cop will invent some bullshit and rat it to Fat Donald... in between all that flailing and sucking.

But for Democrats, the very idea that they are doing well provokes an underlying skittishness. They worry about voting during the coronavirus crisis, amid restrictions that could make it harder to cast ballots. Some fear a coming misinformation campaign and say the party risks underestimating Trump's ability to turn the country against their nominee.

They also worry their party still does not fully understand what led voters to Trump in the first place, and they are terrified that overconfidence, like some of them had four years ago, will lead to complacency.

"It feels like 2016 all over," said Andrew Werthmann, a member of the city council in Eau Claire, Wis., who has been almost cringing as he watches Biden surge in the polling he cannot help but keep looking at.

"It's not a good energy to think you have a presidential election in the bag," he said. "Especially not in our state. Where exactly that happened last time."
https://www.sfgate.com/news/article/Biden-and-Democrats-confidence-comes-with-fear-15355742.php

Democrats were too busy attacking and demonizing President Trump and Americans who support President Trump, they never took the time to really understand his appeal to patriotic Americans..

That will be the Democrat Party's undoing in 2020... :D

The GOP will keep the Senate, take back the House and President Trump will be re-elected...

Wagers are still being taken for those who have faith I am wrong.. :D

peaking to Raddatz, Bolton again hammered Schiff and Democrats for failing to broaden their investigation into Trump during the impeachment.

"I was fully prepared -- if I got a subpoena like everybody else who testified got a subpoena," Bolton said. "I think the way the House advocates of impeachment proceeded was badly wrong. I think it was impeachment malpractice. I think they were determined because of their own political objectives to conduct an impeachment proceeding that was very narrowly focused on Ukraine, and that went very, very quickly."

Bolton said Democrats were hasty because "they didn't wanna mess up the Democratic presidential nomination."

"Now, I find that conduct almost as bad and somewhat equivalent to Trump," Bolton charged, "that they're torquing one of the gravest constitutional responsibilities the House of Representatives has, the power of impeachment, around their presidential nomination schedule. And, they failed utterly to accomplish what they wanted. In fact, they made things worse, because their strategy fitted with the Trump political strategy. Keep it narrow, and move it fast. So, what did they do? The House advocates said, 'We have proven Trump is impeached forever, and that he'd learn a lesson from it.'"

Democrats' unsubstantiated charges that the Trump campaign had conspired with Russia, Bolton said, were little more than crass politics.

Now that Bolton's words are gospel to ya'all, how do ya'all like yer Bolton now?? :D

As I said.. So easy... :D

As I said.. So easy... :D

Bolton, in interview, says Democrats 'almost as bad and somewhat equivalent to Trump'

Former national security adviser John Bolton warned in an interview airing Sunday night that President Trump's White House poses a "danger for the republic" -- but cautioned that congressional Democrats were "almost as bad" in their efforts to unseat him from office, which Bolton called a "partisan catfight."

Well, isn't this interesting...

http://sjfm.us/pics/Biden.jpg

Joe Biden's ancestors were slave owners and fought for the Confederacy...

How can anyone here reconcile that fact of Biden's ancestors with the destruction of Confederate monuments and the removal of monuments of slave owners??

I mean, if Democrats are going to remove statutes of slave owners, should they be VOTING for a guy whose ancestors were slave owners???

Seems a bit 'o hypocritical, no???
