President Pinocchio promised not to make any cuts to Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, and now he's proposed massive cuts to all three of them. Priorities! Imagine a POTUS with the unlimited power to make a declaration that would make cuts across the board to the Social Security payments of every single recipient under the guise of a national emergency.
