Karen rusk

Feinstein has been a disaster for a long time, so I am curious about "the edge I used to like".

May I ask what you are referring to?

I live in California, too, and received a voting guide from something called Voter Guide Slate Cards, whatever that is, for Democrats in Riverside. After looking it over quickly, I realized Prop 64 wasn't even listed. They couldn't even bring themselves to express an opinion? I thought that was strange.

I noticed that the Automobile Club is against it, but maybe they're just more of an old establishment organization and they feel obliged to come across as "sensible" even though public opinion is leaning towards legalization.

I have voted for Feinstein in the past, but I'm going to have to reconsider next time she comes up for reelection. She's really losing her edge, or at least the edge I used to like.

Why should the government waste so much time and money fighting weed growers, when there is an obvious opioid and heroin crisis raging?

Does Washington DC even know there is a massive opioid crisis?

Do our politicians even care when the majority of the country are at odds with them?

Trump has been likened to throwing a brick through the windows of the "elite". Unfortunately he is an idiot. However a smart, centrist outsider (e.g. Mark Cuban) could aggregate support from the left and the right running on a platform of "For Pete's Sake, let's get real here!"
