The article calls for a president who will work with other branches of government, regardless of the party in control of them, something the Clintons have a history of doing. It calls for a pragmatic problem-solver who is more interested in getting things done than in a set ideology, something Hillary has specifically made a pillar of her campaign. It calls for a president who will restrain themselves on foreign policy, not declaring war on every country that looks at us cross-eyed, but rather attempting diplomacy but still being willing to use force when necessary. Hillary's war plan, as an earlier article here pointed out, is to do just that. Last, it calls for a unifier, and what should unify the two parties better than an old, rich, white woman who espouses liberal and populist ideals, but often votes moderately or conservatively.

You say "panicky".... Others, myself included, would say "prudent"...

Given the recent attack in San Bernardino, I think it's clear that "prudent", rather than "panicky", is the more applicable adjective....
