“The bargain that any president strikes with is, you give me this office and in turn my, fears, doubts, insecurities, foibles, need for sleep, family life, vacations, leisure is gone. I am giving myself to you.”
-Candidate Barack Obama, Presidential Campaign 2008

Obama's very first lie....

Supt. on snack rules: ‘Asinine’ we don’t have enough teachers and now have to hire ‘food police’
http://eagnews.org/superintendent-to-michelle-o-asinine-we-dont-have-enough-teachers-but-now-have-to-hire-food-police/

This epitomizes EXACTLY what is wrong with government under Democrats...

The govern as if the world is as they WANT it to be as opposed to governing as the world really is...

Democrats impose these ridiculous school lunch rules and honestly believe that kids will flock to these smaller portion, bland tasting meals as if it was manna from heaven...

Then Democrats are SHOCKED when the kids go off campus for lunch, bring their own meals or just skip lunch all together...

I mean, honestly.. Duuuuuhhhhhh

For the record, #20 is *not* a Right vs Left issue..

It's a Left circa 2000-2008 vs Left circa 2009-Present issue....

It's a hypocrisy issue...

Regarding Iraq

“I don’t think we’re going to solve this problem in weeks. This is going to be a long-term project.”
-President Obama

In other words, prepare for Iraq War Part III...

And the response from the Left???

{{cchhhiiirrrrppppp}}  {{chiiirrrrppppppp}}

I guess the Left only hates war when it's a GOP POTUS that takes the US into them...

Color me shocked.... :^/

Everyone always likes to gloat about the GOP Civil War...

But does anyone want to gabfest about the DEM civil war?? :D

HONOLULU — For all the talk of tea-party threats to Republican incumbents, it’s solidly-Democratic Hawaii — where the sitting governor and the man he appointed to a Senate seat could be defeated on Saturday — that could see the most significant political upheaval of 2014.

Well, I am sure glad that Iraq's disintegration and the establishment of a radical Islamic Caliphate didn't interfere with Obama's Martha's Vineyard vacation...

I was really worried for a second there.... :^/

Interesting...

It was bad intelligence that got us involved in Iraq in the first place... And the Hysterical Left blamed Bush personally for that intelligence failure..

Now Obama is blaming intelligence failure for not recognizing the threat that ISIS (Oh Mighty...) now represents..

Of course, the Hysterical Left will now hold Obama as responsible for the intelligence failures as they held Bush, right??

BREAKING I don't know about San Francisco, but here in the heartland where the pickups run free, The Great Amurikkkan EBOLA PANIC is in full swing. In the Obamacare, there is a provision that allows people with infections from disease-ridden cesspools to stay here in hospitals while they recover! Then Obama plans to let them loose to spread their HEMORRHAGIC FEVER anywhere they please. It's a medieval viral INVASION - another small step toward Obama's FINAL SOLUTION for Amurikkka. FOX NOISE ALERT

The world is full of complainers

Yea, we know..

We heard a ton of them during the Bush years..

Ya see, that's the problem with ya'all.. Ya'all are so enslaved by political ideology that you are simply blinded to the fact that, under a DEM POTUS, the Right obstructs and bitches and moans and complains.

Under a GOP POTUS, it's the Left that obstructs and bitches and moans and complains..

And what is so hilarious is that ya'all don't even SEE it...

Ya'all actually think it's REASONABLE that one can support a POTUS for an action and demonize a different POTUS *for the exact same action*!!

You see, I have NO ALLEGIANCE to ANY political Party.

That leaves me free to call out ANY Party for their transgressions..

While it's true that many here (ya'all know who you are) can call out specific Democrats for bonehead actions it's also true that NO ONE here not ONE SINGLE person, not ONE SINGLE time has *EVER* taken the Democratic Party as a whole to task for bonehead moves..

That's the difference between ya'all and me...

The world is full of complainers and the fact is: nothing comes with a guarantee. Now I don't care if you're the pope of Rome, President of the United States or Man of the Year; something can all go wrong. Now go on ahead, y'know, complain, tell your problems to your neighbor, ask for help, and watch him fly. Now, in Russia, they got it mapped out so that everyone pulls for everyone else. That's the theory, anyway. But what I know about is Texas, and down here, you're on your own. - Loren Visser

Since CW has been having so much trouble with hostile internet vermin, I've been giving tips on how to recognize and avoid Republican chatbots. Here is today's tip:

Chatbots have very poor reading comprehension skills.

They scan for keywords and troll for attention often with irrelevant canned lizard-brain talking points about the "Democrat" party. They will beat a dead horse well past the point that any sentient being would.

TRANSLATION:

I have no rational, logical or fact-based response. Therefore I am going to concede the point by resorting to childish personal attacks and immature name-calling..

Thank you, JFC...

I accept your concession...

Republicans insist that it is actually Democrats who keep bringing up impeachment, but every time I read a quote on the subject, it seems to be coming out of a Republican's mouth.

And then there are the facts... :D

Congressional Democrats have talked about the impeachment of President Obama 20 times more than Republicans have on the House and Senate floors

Congressional Democrats have talked about the impeachment of President Obama 20 times more than Republicans have on the House and Senate floors

Since the start of the 113th Congress last year, Democrats have used the word “impeach” or “impeachment” regarding Obama 86 times, according to a review of the Congressional Record by The Hill.

Utterances on the floor from Republicans about impeaching Obama, in contrast, have been relatively rare. Only three Republicans in this Congress have raised the subject on the House floor, and the words have been used a total of four times by GOP members.

This story has it all - racism, corruption, lying, conspiracy theories, suicide, thought crime allegations, and ludicrous, stunt lawsuits. But I digress. It is a Republican primary after all.

But our Most Impressive Democrat Of The Week award this week goes to the progressive organization Ultraviolet. The women's rights group is opening a new front against the Republican War On Women, by buying ads in 10 airports around the country to point out to travelers the states' record on women. The one in New Orleans says (for instance):

Louisiana women are paid $.67 to every man's dollar. More than 22% of women live in poverty. Louisiana doesn't guarantee ANY paid maternity or sick leave. A recent study ranks Louisiana the WORST state for women.

You mean the White House's war on women??

This talking point will NEVER have the impact you want it to have until Obama's White House brings up the pay of women in the administration..

That's all I got time for this morning...

I hate to see MSNBC stooping to making Fox Noise style "mistakes", but Kristol certainly does seem jolly as he plots humanity's destruction.

The End is near.

"the guy that had previously made the claim that Thad Cochran had paid for black votes reversed himself and now says that the Tea Partier's campaign actually gave him thousands of dollars to make up the claim."

That's too funny. I've been watching this story for the entertainment value, but I missed that. I guess the baggers aren't bragging about their smoking gun back-firing. Clearly the Barbour machine has gotten to this guy.

"Over 60 Texas Republicans signed a brief to a gay marriage lawsuit which states plainly that legalizing gay marriage is going to quickly lead to not just pedophilia, but also polygamy and incest."

. . . even though that hasn't happened in Massachusetts. Good gawd but Republicans are good at projecting their fantasies about their sisters and kids. Steer clear of Texas.
