It's funny that you mention Nixon though..

Considering how Nixon-ian Obama has been in using his agencies to go after political foes..

Just like Nixon did... :D

RICHARD MILHOUSE NIXON.

We have a POTUS who was accused of ordering a burglary and then covered it up and a POTUS who has more than a dozen accusations of rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment and then covered it up...

Call me silly, but I think one is a HELLUVA lot more serious than the other..

But, what the hell..

If you want to claim that Nixon denigrated first, I'll happily concede that..

But, BY FAR, Clinton and Obama denigrated WORSE...

you would realize that the nascent leader of the Democratic Party has been

I was going to say the 'titular' leader, but I figured that would have been a cheap shot.. :D

I mean, think about it..

If ya'all are honest with yourselves, you would realize that the nascent leader of the Democratic Party has been accused no less than TWELVE TIMES of rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment..

If THAT doesn't show how utterly WHACKED the Democratic Party is, NOTHING will...

He identified health care as his top issue, and said one of his main reasons for wanting to enter politics is Clinton, whom he calls “the best president we ever had.”

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little..

The only POTUS who has denigrated the office of the President more than Clinton is Obama...

Michale -

While running for the Senate remains an option, the Louisiana native seems more interested in the governor’s office.

“It’s more of a leadership role, and I think that’s something that I’d do well,” he said. “That doesn’t rule out senator; I just think that as governor of a state, especially where I live, there would be a lot more opportunities to make some decisions and change some things.”

Why, I wondered, didn't Democrats actually stand up for their beliefs by running for public office, and why were there so many Republicans doing so?

I have made an observation in the past that might seem to explain this..

Democrats are in it for the money.

Republicans are in it for the power..

There is ample evidence to support such a conclusion..

The article did manage to mention a few liberal celebrities who had flirted with throwing their hat into the ring (such as Warren Beatty and country music star Tim McGraw)

And now, American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken is the Democratic nominee for a House seat in North Carolina.

Under VERY suspicious circumstances, it should be noted..
