As many of his comments does, Obama received flack from his on Administration over his comments.

Obama's comments were called "not in keeping with the scientific evidence"...

Which brings me to my second comment..

When Barack Obama campaigned for office, he explicitly said he wanted to "restore scientific integrity to government" and ensure that science is "never distorted or concealed to serve a political agenda."

Would that he could eliminate politics from ALL science, eh??? :^/

Politics have absolutely NO PLACE in science, as I am sure everyone here would agree...
