The Left's attempt to quash Talk Radio is one of the more prevalent and recent examples. There is also the "Deceptive Practices and Voter Intimidation Prevention Act of 2011" introduced by Democrats Schumer of New York and Cardin of Maryland. So, while I would whole heartedly agree that this attack on Free Speech by Republicans is reprehensible, let's be clear that Democrats' hands are far from clean.. As I have often said, both Republicans *AND* Democrats are champions of the Constitution... When it politically suits them to be... Otherwise?? Not so much... Michale.....
