Yes. 

Although there&#039;s a lot to be said for calling it the Buffett rule. Dems are frequently accused of somehow being an &quot;enemy of capitalism&quot; (along w/ all the other BS). To link the rule to someone who is one of the models of success in the business world is, I believe, a good thing. 

And &quot;Buffett rule&quot; has a nice ring to it. 

Six of one, half dozen of the other ... :)
