About halfway thru, the Judge drops his bombshell...

For all intents and purposes, it seems like the President wants to nullify Marbury v Madison, 1803. In effect, he wants to totally remove the courts as an equal branch of the government...

Again, I have to ask.

What the hell is he smoking that he would think the American people would stand for this?

Further, how would the Left had reacted if President Bush made such comments in reference to the SCOTUS' review of the his CT policies??

I think we can all imagine how loud and shrill the reaction from the Left would be..

That's the only explanation that would explain how the President can claim that it is "unprecedented" that the SCOTUS would rule a law unconstitutional... WTF??? Isn't that EXACTLY what the SCOTUS did to end segregation???

What other explanation but diminished capacity would explain how the President can claim that by ruling CrapCare as unconstitutional, the SCOTUS is "making laws"????

All Obama bashing aside, the President has seriously lost his senses if he thinks he can browbeat and bully the SCOTUS to bend to his will..

The SCOTUS has the POTUS *SERIOUSLY* out-gunned in this..

How is it that SCOTUS striking down a law as unconstitutional, how is that "judicial activism"??

Isn't the very JOB of the SCOTUS to do exactly that?? Determine if laws passed by Congress are legal and follow the Constitution??
