Parting on a Halloween note. Some political critter in Connecticut has put forth legislation to place Halloween on the last Saturday of October, regardless of which day 31 Oct is..

I think this makes sense on SO many different levels, I would (in complete honesty and sincerity) like to see this legislation on a national level and be passed with unanimous support..

How say ya'all???
