I think Romney described the Republican plan best when he said:

"Any one of the people on this stage would be a better president than President Obama."

Anyone. Just pick someone. Any schmo off the street. Just not Obama.

We don't have any plans or vision. But hey, we're not Obama.

This article was typical of the news coverage: http://blogs.abcnews.com/thenote/2011/06/the-note-obama-remains-the-bogeyman-as-gop-candidates-pull-punches-for-now.html

What do you learn?

Michele Bachmann announces she's officially in the race - ummm, if she weren't in the race, why would she be here? This is news?

Not much else. Republicans want to repeal healthcare.

Yeah, we knew that already.

What about your plans to revive the economy? Not much. And I even read the transcript.

The real news: no one said much of anything.

*yawn*

I almost longed for Donald Trump who at least spoke his mind (even though he's kur-azy). This was a textbook example of political cowardice.

I still have trouble believing in the front-runner status of either of the front-runners.

My picks at this point are Huntsman, Pawlenty, Perry.
