And what happens when Kitton's mother's doctor drops her because he (the doctor) can no longer afford to being on the meager Medicare droppings??

<I>The provisions of ACA Kitoon mentions have already gone into effect. You can look it up.</I>

Provide your source....

Here's the thing about CrapCare that you and Kitton just fail to understand..

The whole so-called effectiveness of CrapCare depends on one thing and one thing only.

The mandate.

Without the mandate, EVERYTHING in CrapCare falls apart.

Without the Mandate, costs will skyrocket.

Without the Mandate, there will be a shortage of doctors.

Without the Mandate, insurance premiums will go thru the roof...

Without the Mandate, insurance companies will be free to disqualify pre-existing conditions.

Without the Mandate, CrapCare is even more crappy.

And the Mandate is unconstitutional.

<B>"These are the facts. And they are undisputed."

<em>You mean, it WILL allegedly benefit your family once the alleged provisions take effect...</em>

Once again, you're caught talking about things on which you are entirely uninformed.

Kitoon,

You mean, it WILL allegedly benefit your family once the alleged provisions take effect...

And, if you ever get to the point where you can't afford your health care, guess what??

You'll be FINED for not having health insurance.

Get that?? You can't afford health insurance, so the Obama administration is going to FINE you on top of it all..

Your elderly mother is losing a whole load of medicare benefits to pay for CrapCare.

Two out of three doctors state that actual health care quality will go down if the full "benefits" of CrapCare are instituted...

CBO shows that everyone's costs will rise...

How is ANY of this beneficial???

Michale.....

No matter how you slice it, it's CrapCare..

who cares if obama holds onto his job, i want better healthcare reform, not pointless posturing from one side and self-righteous intransigence from the other. instead of improving the legislation, the only solutions open seem to be leaving its glaring flaws fully intact or getting rid of it wholesale. i'm sure both of those options are just fine with the insurance industry. with me, not so much.

Unlike Michale I can only speak for myself, but as an Independent (I vote the issues, not the party), middle-class, employed American with a son in the military, currently deployed, another son who works part-time and attends school part-time, and a husband who is ill, I would like to thank President Obama for pushing through Healthcare reform. It benefits my family enormously. My 19-year old son remains on my family health insurance policy. When my 22 year old leaves the military I can pick him up on it again. If I lose my job I can obtain insurance elsewhere despite my husband’s illness. My elderly mother has enhanced prescription benefits. It’s not “Crapcare”, its’ Healthcare Reform.

If Obama and the Democrats hope to have a snowballs chance in hell of holding onto their jobs in 2012, they would join Republicans in repealing CrapCare.

Ya gotta admire the GOP and their machinations..

It is undeniable that the Democrat's support of CrapCare lead directly to the shellacking of the Mid-Terms..

Now the GOP is going to engineer things so that Democrats will have to support CrapCare all over again...

It's a two-fer!! :D
