I can't claim credit, I watch their site (and other poll-trackers) pretty closely, so it's them influencing me, not the other way around. But then, I have to go with my gut in certain cases. CT and CA are locks for the Dems. I'm thinking WV too, personally, but don't feel as strongly about it as the other two...

A quick glance shows that RCP's listing is pretty close to yours...

The only difference I can see is that it puts CA in the TOSS UP category and, consequently, only CT is in the Lean Dem category...

It also has WI in the Lean GOP whereas you have it in the TOSS UP..

This gives Republicans three states (IL, NV, WI) and Democrats five (CO, KY, PA, WA, WV). Final total in the Senate: 46 Republicans, 54 Democrats.

As I said, I realize that this is pretty optimistic. By the time the election rolls around, I may be a lot more realistic about the Democrats' chances in these tossup races.

So, what you are saying is that it's possible that the GOP might take both Houses of Congress..

That was a great game! And, while the Yankees pulled one out of the hat tonight, they won't be winning two games in Texas, that is for sure!

Texas and San Fran in the world series is just the distraction we need. :)

I noticed that Rubio was winning big in Florida, which for me is a big disappointment. As a frequent visitor to West Miami, I can tell you it's no secret there that Rubio's a total crook. In his acceptance speech he should give a big thank you to Kendrick Meek, who tore into Crist better than any republican ever could. Just a little background on Marco:
