We never took a vote or anything, but "Weigantians" seems to have become the consensus. Coolest name has already been taken, by Craig Ferguson and his "Robot Skeleton Army." Damn that Ferguson!!! I like Weigantians. It has a very Swift-ian tone to it and it also seems to have a bit of a ring to it. I'll get to work on the t-shirts :)! -David

Since Friday Commentaries usually branch off in many directions, I have question I hope SOMEONE can address, because it's been bothering me a lot. "They're counting on young people staying home and union members staying home and black folks staying home" -President Obama said at a rally in Philadelphia. Why is it that Democrats can get away with racist comments in their speeches, but if a Republican were to do it, the Left would scream "RACISM!!!!" to the high heavens??? Imagined John Bohner at a rally... "Democrats are counting on young people staying home and Tea Party Members staying home and white folks staying home" The Left would go utterly ballistic at such a statement from the Right... Yet the Left accepts racism FROM the Left with not a word.. Can anyone explain or justify this?? Because it really bothers me.. Michale.....

Will they denounce the potential use of foreign money in election campaigns and call for disclosure of funding sources from the same special interests that support outsourcing of jobs that are leading a multi-million dollar campaign in this election?

Oh come now..

Do you know how many American Unions get money from foreign interests???

And that money is, in turn, donated to keep Democrats in office and elect new Democrats to office??

If Democrats want to slam the US Chamber of Commerce for taking in foreign money and donating to GOP candidates, then perhaps Democrats should clean up their own house first, eh??
