Thanks, it should be fixed now.

The close tag actually did exist, but it had an extraneous comma inside the brackets. It made it hard to spot when scanning for problems, but with your instructions, I found it right away.

Reload the page, and see if it's fixed. Let me know, and thanks for the heads-up (it appeared OK in my browser....). I'll fix it over on HuffPost in a minute or two.

Two things are probably contributing to this impression. (1) I was on somewhat restricted duty for a few weeks due to a minor medical condition, and therefore wasn't commenting much. I'm fit and raring to go once again now. (2) It's election season, and I always get a bit fired up for that sort of thing.

That's the only thing I can think of. I prefer to think of it as "returning to normal" here. Heh.

By the way, has there been some recent event in your life that has subtly shifted your attitude/patience in dealing with fools and those who spread their nonsense? It may just be me, but I've sensed more of an edge in your latest postings and in your responses to comments. While I admired your patience and tolerance in the past, I must say I welcome the new, slightly "snarkier" you. Of course this could just all be in my addled mind, so take it with a pound of salt if I'm way off base :D
