But the trend, while heading in the wrong direction, will likely reverse itself â€” if (it'd be premature to say "when" at this point) healthcare reform legislation actually passes. And, conversely, if ObamaCare fails (which is the most likely outcome at this point) the plummeting of his poll numbers will likely accelerate, fueled by his base on the far Left who were counting on him to give them their Nanny State... Although, it will be interesting to see how the Left AND the administration will redefine "success" and "failure" to make their case. From your earlier columns, you seem to agree with me that, even if Congress sends Obama a bucket of warm piss (eeeewwwwwwww) that the administration will point to it as a "success" even though it's still just a bucket of warm piss.. So, let's have everyone declare themselves now?? :D Towhit, "What do YOU consider to be a successful healthcare 'reform' package?" Get all the answers on the record so if (I say again, IF) Congress sends something to Obama's desk, everyone here will be foresworn as to whether it's a "success" or not... (Extra Quatloos if you can locate the Trek reference in the word "foresworn"... :D) Irregardless, all my standard caveats on polls are the same as last month, yada yada yada, etc etc etc and so on and so forth.
