To be fair and non-partisan about it, when a politician is caught in a silly photo <em>it does not matter</em> whether he's really doing something stupid or not. It's the <em>photo</em> that matters. And, I have to say, this photo is funny. Just like the Bush photos were funny (except for the one of Bush stepping on the flag in a 9/11 ceremony, that one still burns me up because of the hypocrisy involved...). But making fun of merely silly photos, on the other hand (like the Bush golf cart photo or the one of him with the kid flashing a peace sign), are just a way to lighten up and blow off steam.
