Michale -

BWAH hah hah! Now THAT was FUNNY!!

(Note: I did need to tweak your links, you forgot to put text between the "a href" and "/a" tags. To everyone: if you want to do html links, feel free, but my blog software reads them as real html with angle brackets (characters you get by SHIFT-typing period and comma on US keyboard) and not square [] brackets. And if you post two or more links in a comment, it is automatically held for manual approval to combat comment spam. Posting multiple links is fully allowed here, but it sometimes takes awhile to get approved, just so everyone knows).

Seriously, though, those pix made my day, thanks!!

David -

I followed my cat around for a week or so when putting the website together, and couldn't get the photo I wanted (don'tcha just love cats?) because she wouldn't cooperate. So I searched the web, and found supergrumpy kitty instead. Months later, I got exactly the photo I had been trying for out of mine... go figure...

While she's never written a "Miss Kitty Weigant" guest column, she has been useful to our editorial staff when we run contests (she is our tiebreaking vote, which happens by crumpling up scraps of paper with entries and tossing them at her. The one she goes for wins.). She is sleeping next to me as I type this, and is NOT impressed with her newfound celebrity status, as it did not involve plates of tuna fish.

:-)

Congrats on the anniversary, CW! :D

<I>If you click on the link "rewrite" in the third paragraph, down in the comments is a photo of Chris' real kitty (instead of the supermodel kitty we went with for the logo at the top of the site).</I>

Looks like yer kitty is a regular fixture in the Oval Office.. :D

Please fix my links if I didn't do it right. :D

Something I had forgotten when re-reading last year's columns:

If you click on the link "rewrite" in the third paragraph, down in the comments is a photo of Chris' real kitty (instead of the supermodel kitty we went with for the logo at the top of the site).

Enjoy...

Osborne Ink -

Thanks!

Elizabeth -

What's sad is that even though Democrats have now taken back Congress, a bunch of what I wrote in my book is still waiting to be done...

Thanks for the kind thoughts! I promise not to make any Bob-n-Doug Mackenzie or Canada jokes for at LEAST a month, how's that?

:-)

Happy Anniversary, Chris!

I celebrated by reading your very first blog here and all I can say is that I came to this party way too late! Which reminds me, I have a book to finish...reading, that is. :-)

Congratulations on three wonderful years!

ChrisWeigant.com is tops in the blogosphere - in every way that counts!
