I expect some serious legislating from the bench in the near future but it will be OK if the GOP does it ;-)

Just as it's perfectly OK for one Party to control the government, as long as it's the Democratic Party. But one Party control is BAD for the country, if that one Party is the GOP. ;D

Like I said. When it comes to blatant hypocrisy, the Left is no different from the Right..

The democrats can blame the GOP until the cows come home. Republicans are still blaming Clinton for just about everything and that was almost a decade ago :-)

Well, hopefully they will leave blaming others to the GOP and start taking responsibility for their actions, something Obama seems quite willing to do.

We can have it both ways. In a move of great hypocrisy, the GOP are going to latch on to their last bastion of power: the supreme court. I expect some serious legislating from the bench in the near future but it will be OK if the GOP does it ;-)

I just listened to your segment, Chris, and you were excellent. On TPs 2 and 3, I have to say that the GOP's strategic error is becoming more starkly apparent now. They've marginalized themselves to the point of borderline irrelevance and their tent has shrunk to a size "tiny." It's little wonder that Republican House reps are following Michelle Bachmann's lead and embracing Teh Wackyâ„¢ as a philosophy: the tinfoil-hats are all they have left.
