They told me it was a movie about Aunt Jemimah on the syrup bottle but in reality I find out it was about a DA John Paschall claimed to be a racist on which the movie was based verses Regina Kelly who worked at the CJ Country Kitchen. My son was murdered behind the Country Kitchen at the Executive Inn #125 20 steps from the cooks Harry Monsun's kitchen door. When I received my son't police report it had on the first paragraph the names DA John Paschall and the name of his brother in law Billy Blackburn names as being involved in my sons murder. The other murder suspect Ralph Martinez had called Billy and wanted help with handleing a plant worker at the Executive Inn my son Hank Johnson. Then someone had beat him with a baseball bat leaving him dieing with the door open. The robbed him of the two black guitars. Although the murder is still unsolved the DA John Paschall has been filed on by attorney Ty Clevenger a federal lawsuit for a cover up of my son's murder and a conflict of interest with his brother in law as captioned by ch 2 Houston television station and KBTX ch 3 Bryan College sation. Also allegedly the DA John Paschall threatened a detective in the Hearne Police Department with stopping the proceedings with the case of Hank Johnson because of his brother in law. Many other things have happened since then me Hanks mom fighting for justice with a man who is an elected offical. Who everyone says that no one would run against in fear of their life. Unanswered questions, pages of them stared appearing on Houston television stations and newspapers.I even planned a rally for the people of Hearne and bring Quanell X into town. That is until Paschall's office called St Mary's church and said Quanell X was a muslim. The Mayor of Hearne also went over and said that the DA Paschall was moments away from solving the case. Yea right! The Texas Ranger he called in to exume my son's body of blood evidence under his finger nails that when autopsied by pathologist without a license did not scrape his nails. Now I am wondering what does he want to do with the blood evidence....destroy it? The rally was cancelled and now I am trying to reschedule with Chandell Lewis's (murder victim of a double murder of him and his friend and cook from country kitchen Harry monsun 3 months later) [name redacted, see below] chandell's cousin to help the people of Hearne of the many unsolved murder cases involving DA and Franklin Jails and Frnaklin Judge and Franklin Court. She will be going in on the 10th of November 2009 for an abuse case from one of the murderers of her cousin and mistreetment of her civil rights. Her husband is in the army and she has a little girl. She has been harrased and so have I by the DA John Paschall and told not to call or email anymore. My son is to exumed and he signed search warrants to enter his grave. This is no joke. a post was made just recently on KBTX in the comments saying after I asked if anyone knew anything about the murder of my son Hank Johnson in the hotel. It said "Snitches get Stiches".
