Putting in two cents: Obama's plan to create an electronic prescription system would be a huge boost to patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies. Working in a mail-order pharmacy call center, I see ten times a day how a doctor's handwriting, poor math skills, or general laziness can create problems for everyone else in the process. Dean would be THE choice, no doubt.
