A decade ago,
I never thought forty-three
would have the country on the verge of
spontaneous implosion. -Woe-is-we.-
But I guess that it comes
with the terrorist threat,
An ominous landscape of
never-ending piling-up debt.
I'm tuning it out,
I don't wanna see
cause I have had all I can take and
exploding in anger's an imminent possibility
to me!

So pardon me while I burst
into blame.
I've had enough of his world
and his people's mindless games.
So pardon me while I turn
the channel out of rage.
Pardon me, pardon me...
We'll never be the same!

Seven years ago,
we all did see
on TV
the pictures of a guy
in a turban talabani.
To those times I can't relate
cause lately we've been living with the damn frustration
of presidential vacation from
the burdens of
his elected job.
No gravity, hypocrisy,
and the bailout of Wall Street...
and treating people differently.

Pardon me while I burst
into blame.
I've had enough of George Bush
and his people's mindless games.
So pardon me while I turn
the channel out of rage.
Pardon me, pardon me...
We'll never be the same!
