		<description>Yes, we have seen this before in many elections.  People don&#039;t bother to go vote if they think the outcome has already been decided and that their vote does not matter.  I think this is especially true for those undecided voters and one of the reasons they came out to vote in Iowa and New Hamshire is that they thought their vote might make a difference.
