The only cartoon I have rejected was one that (through my own ignorance probably) I didn't understand (didn't "get the joke"). Having said that, I don't see any reference to Florida in that cartoon, myself. I still have not bothered to view the video, sorry. As far as free speech court cases are concerned, it seems this wouldn't make a good "test case" from what I have read about it. Having not seen the video, I have to say the kid doesn't sound like he's behaving perfectly, the cops don't sound like they're behaving perfectly, but it doesn't sound like material for a "federal case." I'll just leave it at that. And point out that when I DO believe in the cause, I say so loudly (see previous columns on "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" for instance).
