The second was one where I provided the caption and left it to the commenters to draw the picture. Too bad that one didn't work out, it was easier to draw than that cat. @Herm71 Ha ha. Good news though, the pentagon is experimenting on detainees at one of the 'black sites', probably in Whatsitcalledistan. They're trying to find ways to leak intelligence back in so that if Cheney dies, there will be someone to take over the Presidency. @CDub It is supposed to be Bush.
